| John 8:40 | But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I heard from God: this did not Abraham. | but now ye seek to kill me, a man who has spoken the truth to you, which I have heard from God: this did not Abraham. | But, in fact, you are longing to kill me, a man who has spoken to you the truth which I have heard from God.
