| John 15:1 | I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. | "I am the Vine the True Vine, and my Father is the vine-dresser. | I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. |
| John 15:2 | Every branch in me that beareth not fruit, he taketh it away: and every [branch] that beareth fruit, he cleanseth it, that it may bear more fruit. | Every branch in me if it bears no fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. | Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. |
