| Deuteronomy 14:1 | You are the children of the Lord your God: you are not to make cuts on your bodies or take off the hair on your brows in honour of the dead; | Ye are sons of Jehovah your God: ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for a dead person. | Be ye children of the Lord your God: you shall not cut yourselves, no, make any baldness for the dead; |
| Deuteronomy 14:2 | For you are a holy people to the Lord your God, and the Lord has taken you to be his special people out of all the nations on the face of the earth. | For thou art a holy people unto Jehovah thy God, and thee hath Jehovah chosen for a people of possession unto himself, out of all the peoples that are upon the face of the earth. | Because thou art a holy people to the Lord thy God: and he chose thee to be his peculiar people of all nations that are upon the earth. |

| Deuteronomy 14:6 | Any beast which has a division in the horn of its foot and whose food comes back into its mouth to be crushed again, may be used for food. | And every beast that hath cloven hoofs, and the feet quite split open into double hoofs, [and] which cheweth the cud, among the beasts, that ye shall eat. | Every beast that divideth the hoof in two parts, and cheweth the cud, you shall eat. |

| Deuteronomy 14:18 | The stork and the heron and birds of that sort, and the hoopoe and the bat. | and the stork, and the heron after its kind, and the hoopoe, and the bat. | The bittern, and the charadrion, every one in their kind: the hoop also and the bat. |

| Deuteronomy 14:21 | You may not have as food anything which has come to a natural death; the man from another country who is living with you may take it for food, or you may get a price for it from one of another nation; for you are a holy people to the Lord your God. The young goat is not to be cooked in its mother's milk. | Ye shall eat of no carcase; thou shalt give it unto the stranger that is within thy gates, that he may eat it, or sell it unto a foreigner; for thou art a holy people to Jehovah thy God. | Deuteronomy 14:23 | And make a feast before the Lord your God, in the place which is to be marked out, where his name will be for ever, of the tenth part of your grain and your wine and your oil, and the first births of your herds and your flocks; so that you may have the fear of the Lord your God in your hearts at all times. | And thou shalt eat before Jehovah thy God, in the place which he will choose to cause his name to dwell there, the tithe of thy corn, of thy new wine, and of thine oil, and the firstlings of thy herds and of thy flocks; that thou mayest learn to fear Jehovah thy God continually. | And thou shalt eat before the Lord thy God in the place which he shall choose, that his name may be called upon therein, the tithe of thy corn, and thy wine, and thy oil, and the firstborn of thy herds and thy sheep: that thou mayst learn to fear the Lord thy God at all times. |
| Deuteronomy 14:24 | And if the way is so long that you are not able to take these things to the place marked out by the Lord your God for his name, when he has given you his blessing, because it is far away from you; | And if the way be too long for thee, so that thou art not able to carry it, because the place is too far from thee, which Jehovah thy God will choose to set his name there, when Jehovah thy God blesseth thee; | But when the way and the place which the Lord thy God shall choose, are far off, and he hath blessed thee, and thou canst not carry all these things thither, |
| Deuteronomy 14:25 | Then let these things be exchanged for money, and, taking the money in your hand, go to the place marked out by the Lord your God for himself; | then shalt thou give it for money, and bind the money together in thy hand, and go to the place which Jehovah thy God will choose, | Thou shalt sell them all, and turn them into money, and shalt carry it in thy hand, and shalt go to the place which the Lord shall choose : |
| Deuteronomy 14:26 | And with the money get whatever you have a desire for, oxen or sheep or wine or strong drink, whatever your soul's desire may be: and make a feast there before the Lord your God, and be glad, you and all your house; | and thou shalt give the money for whatever thy soul desireth, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatever thy soul asketh of thee; and thou shalt eat there before Jehovah thy God, and thou shalt rejoice, thou, and thy house. | And thou shalt buy with the same money whatsoever pleaseth thee, either of the herds or of sheep, wine also and strong drink, and all that thy soul desireth: and thou shalt eat before the Lord thy God, and shalt feast, thou and thy house: |
| Deuteronomy 14:27 | And give a thought to the Levite who is living among you, for he has no part or heritage in the land. | And thou shalt not forsake the Levite that is within thy gates; for he hath no portion nor inheritance with thee. | And the Levite that is within thy gates, beware thou forsake him not, because he hath no other part in thy possession. |
| Deuteronomy 14:28 | At the end of every three years take a tenth part of all your increase for that year, and put it in store inside your walls: | At the end of three years thou shalt bring forth all the tithe of thine increase the same year, and shalt lay it up within thy gates; | The third year thou shalt separate another tithe of all things that grow to thee at that time, and shalt lay it up within thy gates. |
