Micah 6:3 | O my people, what have I done to you? how have I been a weariness to you? give answer against me. | My people, what have I done to you? and in which have I wearied you? testify against me. | O my people, what have I done unto thee? and wherein have I wearied thee? testify against me. |
Micah 6:4 | For I took you up out of the land of Egypt and made you free from the prison-house; I sent before you Moses, Aaron, and Miriam. | For I brought you up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage; and I sent before you Moses, Aaron, and Miriam. | For I brought thee up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of bondage; and I sent before thee Moses, Aaron, and Miriam. |
Micah 6:5 | O my people, keep in mind now what was designed by Balak, king of Moab, and the answer which Balaam, son of Beor, gave him; the events, from Shittim to Gilgal, so that you may be certain of the upright acts of the Lord. | My people, remember now what Balak king of Moab devised, and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him; [remember] from Shittim to Gilgal, that you may know the righteous acts of Yahweh. | O my people, remember now what Balak king of Moab devised, and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him; [remember] from Shittim unto Gilgal, that ye may know the righteous acts of Jehovah. |
Micah 6:6 | With what am I to come before the Lord and go with bent head before the high God? am I to come before him with burned offerings, with young oxen a year old? | How shall I come before Yahweh, and bow myself before the high God? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old? | Wherewith shall I come before Jehovah, and bow myself before the high God? shall I come before him with burnt-offerings, with calves a year old? |
Micah 6:7 | Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of sheep or with ten thousand rivers of oil? am I to give my first child for my wrongdoing, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? | Will Yahweh be pleased with thousands of rams, [or] with ten thousands of rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my disobedience, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? | will Jehovah be pleased with thousands of rams, [or] with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my first-born for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? |
Micah 6:8 | He has made clear to you, O man, what is good; and what is desired from you by the Lord; only doing what is right, and loving mercy, and walking without pride before your God. | He has showed you, man, what is good; and what does Yahweh require of you, but to do justly, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God? | He hath showed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth Jehovah require of thee, but to do justly, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with thy God? |
Micah 6:9 | The voice of the Lord is crying out to the town: Give ear, you tribes and the meeting of the town. | The voice of Yahweh cries to the city, and [the man of] wisdom will see your name: hear you the rod, and who has appointed it. | The voice of Jehovah crieth unto the city, and [the man of] wisdom will see thy name: hear ye the rod, and who hath appointed it. |
Micah 6:10 | Am I to let the stores of the evil-doer go out of my memory, and the short measure, which is cursed? | Are there yet treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and a scant measure that is abominable? | Are there yet treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and a scant measure that is abominable? |
