| Hebrews 13:1 | Go on loving your brothers in the faith. | Let brotherly love continue. | Let brotherly love abide. |
| Hebrews 13:2 | Take care to keep open house: because in this way some have had angels as their guests, without being conscious of it. | Don't forget to show hospitality to strangers, for in doing so, some have entertained angels without knowing it. | Be not forgetful of hospitality; for by it some have unawares entertained angels. |
| Hebrews 13:3 | Keep in mind those who are in chains, as if you were chained with them, and those who are in trouble, as being yourselves in the body. | Remember those who are in bonds, as bound with them; and those who are ill-treated, since you are also in the body. | Remember prisoners, as bound with [them]; those that are evil-treated, as being yourselves also in [the] body. |

| Hebrews 13:15 | Let us then make offerings of praise to God at all times through him, that is to say, the fruit of lips giving witness to his name. | Through him, then, let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which make confession to his name. | By him therefore let us offer [the] sacrifice of praise continually to God, that is, [the] fruit of [the] lips confessing his name. |

| Hebrews 13:17 | Give ear to those who are rulers over you, and do as they say: for they keep watch over your souls, ready to give an account of them; let them be able to do this with joy and not with grief, because that would be of no profit to you. | Obey those who have the rule over you, and submit to them, for they watch on behalf of your souls, as those who will give account, that they may do this with joy, and not with groaning, for that would be unprofitable for you. | Obey your leaders, and be submissive; for *they* watch over your souls as those that shall give account; that they may do this with joy, and not groaning, for this [would be] unprofitable for you. |

| Hebrews 13:21 | Make you full of every good work and ready to do all his desires, working in us whatever is pleasing in his eyes through Jesus Christ; and may the glory be given to him for ever and ever.
