| Leviticus 27:1 | And the Lord said to Moses, | Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, | And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: |
| Leviticus 27:2 | Say to the children of Israel, If a man makes a special oath, you will give your decision as to the value of the persons for the Lord. | Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, When a man shall accomplish a vow, the persons shall be for Yahweh by your estimation. | Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them: The man that shall have made a vow, and promised his soul to God, shall give the price according to estimation. |
| Leviticus 27:3 | And you will put the value of a male from twenty years to sixty years old at fifty shekels of silver, by the scale of the holy place. | Your estimation shall be of the male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary. | If it be a man from twenty years old unto sixty years old, he shall give fifty sides of silver, after the weight of the sanctuary: |
| Leviticus 27:4 | And if it is a female, the value will be thirty shekels. | If it be a female, then your estimation shall be thirty shekels. | If a woman, thirty. |
| Leviticus 27:5 | And if the person is from five to twenty years old, the value will be twenty shekels for a male, and ten for a female. | If it be from five years old even to twenty years old, then your estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels. | But from the fifth year until the twentieth, a man shall give twenty sicles: a woman ten. |
| Leviticus 27:6 | And if the person is from one month to five years old, then the value for a male will be five shekels of silver, and for a female three shekels. | If it be from a month old even to five years old, then your estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female your estimation shall be three shekels of silver. | From one month until the fifth year. for a male shall be given five sides: for a female three. |
| Leviticus 27:7 | And for sixty years old and over, for a male the value will be fifteen shekels, and for a female, ten. | If it be from sixty years old and upward; if it be a male, then your estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels. | A man that is sixty years old or upward, shall give fifteen aisles: a woman ten. |
| Leviticus 27:8 | But if he is poorer than the value which you have put on him, then let him be taken to the priest, and the priest will put a value on him, such as it is possible for him to give. | But if he be poorer than your estimation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the priest value him. | If he be poor, and not able to pay tile estimation, he shall stand before tile priest: and as much as he shall value him at, and see him able to pay, so much shall he give. |
| Leviticus 27:9 | And if it is a beast of which men make offerings to the Lord, whatever any man gives of such to the Lord will be holy. | If it be a animal, whereof men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh shall be holy. | But a beast that may be sacrificed to the Lord, if ally one shall vow, shall be holy, |
| Leviticus 27:10 | It may not be changed in any way, a good given for a bad, or a bad for a good; if one beast is changed for another, the two will be holy. | He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. | And cannot be changed, that is to say, neither a better for a worse, nor a worse for a better. And if he shall change it: both that which was changed, and that for which it was changed, shall be consecrated to the Lord. |
| Leviticus 27:11 | And if it is any unclean beast, of which offerings are not made to the Lord, then let him take the beast before the priest; | If it be any unclean animal, of which they do not offer an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest; | An unclean beast, which cannot be sacrificed to the Lord, if my man shall vow, shall be brought before the priest: |
| Leviticus 27:12 | And let the priest put a value on it, if it is good or bad; whatever value the priest puts on it, so will it be. | and the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as you the priest value it, so shall it be. | Who judging whether it be good or bad, shall set the price: |
| Leviticus 27:13 | But if he has a desire to get it back for himself, let him give a fifth more than your value. | But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to your estimation. | Which if he that offereth it will give, he shall add above the estimation the fifth part. |
| Leviticus 27:14 | And if a man has given his house as holy to the Lord, then the priest will put a value on it, if it is good or bad; as the priest gives decision so will the value be fixed. | When a man shall sanctify his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand. | If a man shall vow his house, and sanctify it to the Lord, the priest shall consider it, whether it be good or bad, and it shall be sold according to the price, which he shall appoint. |
| Leviticus 27:15 | And if the owner has a desire to get back his house, let him give a fifth more than your value, and it will be his. | If he who sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your estimation to it, and it shall be his. | But if he that vowed, will redeem it, he shall give the fifth part of the estimation over and above, and shall have the house. |
| Leviticus 27:16 | And if a man gives to the Lord part of the field which is his property, then let your value be in relation to the seed which is planted in it; a measure of barley grain will be valued at fifty shekels of silver. | If a man shall sanctify to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your estimation shall be according to the sowing of it: the sowing of a homer of barley [shall be valued] at fifty shekels of silver. | And if he vow the field of his possession, and consecrate it to the Lord, the price shall be rated according to the measure of the seed. If the ground be sowed with thirty bushels of barley, let it be sold for fifty sides of silver. |
| Leviticus 27:17 | If he gives his field from the year of Jubilee, the value will be fixed by your decision. | If he sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, according to your estimation it shall stand. | If he vow his field immediately from the year of jubilee that is beginning, as much as it may be worth, at so much it shall be rated. |
| Leviticus 27:18 | But if he gives his field after the year of Jubilee, the amount of the money will be worked out by the priest in relation to the number of years till the coming year of Jubilee, and the necessary amount will be taken off your value. | But if he sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the year of jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your estimation. | But if some time after, the priest shall reckon the money according to the number of years that remain until the jubilee, and the price shall be abated. |
| Leviticus 27:19 | And if the man who has given the field has a desire to get it back, let him give a fifth more than the price at which it was valued and it will be his. | If he who sanctified the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your estimation to it, and it shall be assured to him. | And if he that had vowed, will redeem his field, he shall add the fifth part of the money of the estimation, and shall possess it. |
| Leviticus 27:20 | But if he has no desire to get it back, or if he has given it for a price to another man, it may not be got back again. | If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more: | And if he will not redeem it, but it be sold to any other man, he that vowed it, may not redeem it any more: |
| Leviticus 27:21 | But the field, when it becomes free at the year of Jubilee, will be holy to the Lord, as a field given under oath: it will be the property of the priest. | but the field, when it goes out in the jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a field devoted; the possession of it shall be the priest's. | For when the day of jubilee cometh, it shall be sanctified to the Lord, and as a possession consecrated, pertaineth to the right of the priests. |
| Leviticus 27:22 | And if a man gives to the Lord a field which he has got for money from another, which is not part of his heritage; | If he sanctify to Yahweh a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession; | If a field that was bought, and not of a man's ancestors' possession, be sanctified to the Lord, |
| Leviticus 27:23 | Then the value fixed by you up to the year of Jubilee will be worked out for him by the priest, and in that day he will give the amount of your value as holy to the Lord. | then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your estimation to the year of jubilee: and he shall give your estimation in that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh. | The priest shall reckon the price according to the number of years: unto the jubilee: and he that had vowed, shall give that to the Lord. |
| Leviticus 27:24 | In the year of Jubilee the field will go back to him from whom he got it, that is, to him whose heritage it was. | In the year of jubilee the field shall return to him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs. | But in the jubilee, it shall return to the former owner, who had sold it, and had it in the lot of his possession. |
| Leviticus 27:25 | And let all your values be based on the shekel of the holy place, that is, twenty gerahs to the shekel. | All your estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel. | All estimation shall be made according to the side of the sanctuary. A sicle hath twenty obols. |
| Leviticus 27:26 | But a man may not give by oath to the Lord the first-fruits of cattle which are offered to the Lord: if it is an ox or a sheep it is the Lord's. | Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to Yahweh, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox or sheep, it is Yahweh's. | The firstborn, which belong to the Lord, no man may sanctify and vow: whether it be bullock, or sheep, they are the Lord's. |
| Leviticus 27:27 | And if it is an unclean beast, then the owner of it may give money to get it back, in agreement with the value fixed by you, by giving a fifth more; or if it is not taken back, let it be given for money in agreement with your valuing. | If it be of an unclean animal, then he shall ransom it according to your estimation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn't redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your estimation. | And if it be an unclean beast, he that offereth it shall redeem it, according to thy estimation, and shall add the fifth part of the price. If he will not redeem it, it shall be sold to another for how much soever it was estimated by thee. |
| Leviticus 27:28 | But nothing which a man has given completely to the Lord, out of all his property, of man or beast, or of the land which is his heritage, may be given away or got back in exchange for money; anything completely given is most holy to the Lord. | Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to Yahweh. | Any thing that is devoted to the Lord, whether it be man, or beast, or field, shall not be sold, neither may it be redeemed. Whatsoever is once consecrated shall be holy of holies to the Lord. |
| Leviticus 27:29 | Any man given completely to the Lord may not be got back: he is certainly to be put to death. | No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death. | And any consecration that is offered by man, shall not be redeemed, but dying shall die. |
| Leviticus 27:30 | And every tenth part of the land, of the seed planted, or of the fruit of trees, is holy to the Lord. | All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is Yahweh's: it is holy to Yahweh. | All tithes of the land, whether of corn, or of the fruits of trees, are the Lord's, and are sanctified to him. |
| Leviticus 27:31 | And if a man has a desire to get back any of the tenth part which he has given, let him give a fifth more. | If a man will redeem anything of his tithe, he shall add to it the fifth part of it. | And if any man will redeem his tithes, he shall add the fifth part of them. |
| Leviticus 27:32 | And a tenth part of the herd and of the flock, whatever goes under the rod of the valuer, will be holy to the Lord. | All the tithe of the herd or the flock, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh. | Of all the tithes of oxen, and sheep, and goats, that pass under the shepherd's rod, every tenth that cometh shall be sanctified to the Lord. |
| Leviticus 27:33 | He may not make search to see if it is good or bad, or make any changes in it; and if he makes exchange of it for another, the two will be holy; he will not get them back again. | He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed. | It shall not be chosen neither good nor bad, neither shall it be changed for another. If any man change it: both that which was changed, and that for which it was changed, shall be sanctified to the Lord, and shall not be redeemed. |
| Leviticus 27:34 | These are the orders which the Lord gave to Moses for the children of Israel in Mount Sinai. | These are the commandments, which Yahweh commanded Moses for the children of Israel in Mount Sinai. | These are the precepts which the Lord commanded Moses for the children of Israel in mount Sinai. |
