| Numbers 28:1 | And the Lord said to Moses, | Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, | |
| Numbers 28:2 | Give orders to the children of Israel and say to them, Let it be your care to give me my offerings at their regular times, the food of the offerings made by fire to me for a sweet smell. | Command the children of Israel, and tell them, My offering, my food for my offerings made by fire, of a sweet savor to me, shall you observe to offer to me in their due season. | |
| Numbers 28:3 | Say to them, This is the offering made by fire which you are to give to the Lord; he-lambs of the first year without any mark, two every day as a regular burned offering. | You shall tell them, This is the offering made by fire which you shall offer to Yahweh: he-lambs a year old without blemish, two day by day, for a continual burnt offering. | |
| Numbers 28:4 | Let one be offered in the morning, and the other at evening; | The one lamb shall you offer in the morning, and the other lamb shall you offer at even; | |
| Numbers 28:5 | And the tenth part of an ephah of the best meal for a meal offering mixed with the fourth part of a hin of clear oil. | and the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a meal-offering, mingled with the fourth part of a hin of beaten oil. | |
| Numbers 28:6 | It is a regular burned offering, as it was ordered in Mount Sinai, for a sweet smell, an offering made by fire to the Lord. | It is a continual burnt offering, which was ordained in Mount Sinai for a sweet savor, an offering made by fire to Yahweh. | |
| Numbers 28:7 | And for its drink offering take the fourth part of a hin for one lamb: in the holy place let the wine be drained out for a drink offering for the Lord. | The drink-offering of it shall be the fourth part of a hin for the one lamb: in the holy place shall you pour out a drink-offering of strong drink to Yahweh. | |
