Philippians 4:1So that, my brethren, beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, thus stand fast in [the] Lord, beloved. Therefore, my dearly beloved brethren, and most desired, my joy and my crown; so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved. Therefore, my brothers, beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand firm in the Lord, my beloved.
Philippians 4:2I exhort Euodia, and exhort Syntyche, to be of the same mind in [the] Lord;I beg of Evodia, and I beseech Syntyche, to be of one mind in the Lord.I exhort Euodia, and I exhort Syntyche, to think the same way in the Lord.
Philippians 4:3yea, I ask thee also, true yokefellow, assist them, who have contended along with me in the glad tidings, with Clement also, and my other fellow-labourers, whose names [are] in [the] book of life. And I entreat thee also, my sincere companion, help those women who have laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement and the rest of my fellow labourers, whose names are in the book of life.Yes, I beg you also, true yoke-fellow, help these women, for they labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life.
Philippians 4:4Rejoice in [the] Lord always: again I will say, Rejoice.Rejoice in the Lord always; again, I say, rejoice.Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, Rejoice!
Philippians 4:5Let your gentleness be known of all men. The Lord [is] near.Let your modesty be known to all men. The Lord is nigh.Let your mildness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.
Philippians 4:6Be careful about nothing; but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;Be nothing solicitous; but in every thing, by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your petitions be made known to God.In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
Philippians 4:7and the peace of God, which surpasses every understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts by Christ Jesus. And the peace of God, which surpasseth all understanding, keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. The peace of God, which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:8For the rest, brethren, whatsoever things [are] true, whatsoever things [are] noble, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] amiable, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue and if any praise, think on these things. For the rest, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever modest, whatsoever just, whatsoever holy, whatsoever lovely, whatsoever of good fame, if there be any virtue, if any praise of discipline, think on these things. Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things.
Philippians 4:9What ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, these things do; and the God of peace shall be with you.The things which you have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, these do ye, and the God of peace shall be with you.The things which you learned, received, heard, and saw in me: do these things, and the God of peace will be with you.
Philippians 4:10But I rejoiced in [the] Lord greatly, that now however at length ye have revived your thinking of me, though surely ye did also think [of me], but lacked opportunity. Now I rejoice in the Lord exceedingly, that now at length your thought for me hath flourished again, as you did also think; but you were busied. But I rejoice in the Lord greatly, that now at length you have revived your thought for me; in which you did indeed take thought, but you lacked opportunity.
Philippians 4:11Not that I speak as regards privation, for as to me *I* have learnt in those circumstances in which I am, to be satisfied in myself.I speak not as it were for want. For I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, to be content therewith. Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it.
Philippians 4:12I know both how to be abased and I know how to abound. In everything and in all things I am initiated both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer privation.I know both how to be brought low, and I know how to abound: (everywhere, and in all things I am instructed) both to be full, and to be hungry; both to abound, and to suffer need.I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things have I learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need.
Philippians 4:13I have strength for all things in him that gives me power.I can do all these things in him who strengtheneth me.I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
Philippians 4:14But ye have done well in taking part in my affliction.Nevertheless you have done well in communicating to my tribulation. However you did well that you had fellowship with my affliction.
Philippians 4:15And know also *ye*, O Philippians, that in [the] beginning of the gospel, when I came out of Macedonia, no assembly communicated [anything] to me in [the] way of giving and receiving save *ye* alone; And you also know, O Philippians, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church communicated with me as concerning giving and receiving, but you only:You yourselves also know, you Philippians, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no assembly had fellowship with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you only.
Philippians 4:16for also in Thessalonica once and even twice ye sent to me for my need. For unto Thessalonica also you sent once and again for my use.For even in Thessalonica you sent once and again to my need.
Philippians 4:17Not that I seek gift, but I seek fruit abounding to your account. Not that I seek the gift, but I seek the fruit that may abound to your account. Not that I seek for the gift, but I seek for the fruit that increases to your account.
Philippians 4:18But I have all things in full supply and abound; I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things [sent] from you, an odour of sweet savour, an acceptable sacrifice, agreeable to God.But I have all, and abound: I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things you sent, an odour of sweetness, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God.But I have all things, and abound. I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things that came from you, a sweet-smelling fragrance, an acceptable and well-pleasing sacrifice to God.
Philippians 4:19But my God shall abundantly supply all your need according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And may my God supply all your want, according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:20But to our God and Father [be] glory to the ages of ages. Amen. Now to God and our Father be glory world without end. Amen. Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever. Amen.
Philippians 4:21Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren who [are] with me salute you.Salute ye every saint in Christ Jesus.Greet every saint in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me greet you.
Philippians 4:22All the saints salute you, and specially those of the household of Caesar. The brethren who are with me, salute you. All the saints salute you; especially they that are of Caesar's household. All the saints greet you, especially those who are of Caesar's household.
Philippians 4:23The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ [be] with your spirit. Amen. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen. The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
