| 2nd-Peter 3:1 | This, a second letter, beloved, I already write to you, in [both] which I stir up, in the way of putting you in remembrance, your pure mind, | This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: | This is now, beloved, the second letter that I have written to you; and in both of them I stir up your sincere mind by reminding you; |
| 2nd-Peter 3:2 | to be mindful of the words spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of the Lord and Saviour by your apostles; | That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: | that you should remember the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and the commandments of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior: |
| 2nd-Peter 3:3 | knowing this first, that there shall come at [the] close of the days mockers with mocking, walking according to their own lusts, | Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, | knowing this first, that in the last days mockers will come, walking after their own lusts, |
