| Romans 6:1 | What then shall we say? Should we continue in sin that grace may abound? | What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? | What, then, shall we say? shall we continue in the sin that the grace may abound? |
| Romans 6:2 | Far be the thought. We who have died to sin, how shall we still live in it? | God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? | let it not be! we who died to the sin how shall we still live in it? |
| Romans 6:3 | Are you ignorant that we, as many as have been baptised unto Christ Jesus, have been baptised unto his death? | Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? | are ye ignorant that we, as many as were baptized to Christ Jesus, to his death were baptized? |
| Romans 6:4 | We have been buried therefore with him by baptism unto death, in order that, even as Christ has been raised up from among [the] dead by the glory of the Father, so *we* also should walk in newness of life. | Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. | we were buried together, then, with him through the baptism to the death, that even as Christ was raised up out of the dead through the glory of the Father, so also we in newness of life might walk. |

| Romans 6:17 | But thanks [be] to God, that ye were bondmen of sin, but have obeyed from the heart the form of teaching into which ye were instructed. | But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine which was delivered you. | and thanks to God, that ye were servants of the sin, and were obedient from the heart to the form of teaching to which ye were delivered up; |
