| Matthew 7:1 | Judge not, that ye may not be judged; | "Judge not, that you may not be judged; | Judge not, that you may not be judged, |
| Matthew 7:2 | for with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged; and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you. | for your own judgement will be dealt and your own measure meted to yourselves. | For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again. |
| Matthew 7:3 | But why lookest thou on the mote that is in the eye of thy brother, but observest not the beam that is in thine eye? | And why do you look at the splinter in your brother's eye, and not notice the beam which is in your own eye? | Any why seest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye; and seest not the beam that is in thy own eye? |
| Matthew 7:4 | Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Allow [me], I will cast out the mote from thine eye; and behold, the beam is in thine eye? | Or how say to your brother, `Allow me to take the splinter out of your eye,' while the beam is in your own eye? | Or how sayest thou to thy brother: Let me cast the mote out of thy eye; and behold a beam is in thy own eye? |

| Matthew 7:17 | So every good tree produces good fruits, but the worthless tree produces bad fruits. | Just so every good tree produces good fruit, but a poisonous tree produces bad fruit. | Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, and the evil tree bringeth forth evil fruit. |

| Matthew 7:27 | and the rain came down, and the streams came, and the winds blew and beat upon that house, and it fell, and its fall was great. | The heavy rain descends, the swollen torrents come, and the winds blow and burst upon the house, and it falls; and disastrous is the fall." | And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and they beat upon that house, and it fell, and great was the fall thereof. |
| Matthew 7:28 | And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished these words, the crowds were astonished at his doctrine, | When Jesus had concluded this discourse, the crowds were filled with amazement at His teaching, | And it came to pass when Jesus had fully ended these words, the people were in admiration at his doctrine. |
| Matthew 7:29 | for he taught them as having authority, and not as their scribes. | for He had been teaching them as one who had authority, and not as their Scribes taught. | For he was teaching them as one having power, and not as the scribes and Pharisees. |
