| John 14:1 | Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe on God, believe also on me. | `Let not your heart be troubled, believe in God, also in me believe; | "Don't let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. |
| John 14:2 | In my Father's house there are many abodes; were it not so, I had told you: for I go to prepare you a place; | in the house of my Father are many mansions; and if not, I would have told you; I go on to prepare a place for you; | In my Father's house are many mansions. If it weren't so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. |
| John 14:3 | and if I go and shall prepare you a place, I am coming again and shall receive you to myself, that where I am ye also may be. | and if I go on and prepare for you a place, again do I come, and will receive you unto myself, that where I am ye also may be; | If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also. |
