| Mark 13:1 | And as he was going out of the temple, one of his disciples said to him: Master, behold what manner of stones and what buildings are here. | And as he went forth out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Teacher, behold, what manner of stones and what manner of buildings! | As He was leaving the Temple, one of His disciples exclaimed, "Look, Rabbi, what wonderful stones! what wonderful buildings!" |
| Mark 13:2 | And Jesus answering, said to him: Seest thou all these great buildings? There shall not be left a stone upon a stone, that shall not be thrown down. | And Jesus said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left here one stone upon another, which shall not be thrown down. | "You see all these great buildings?" Jesus replied; "not one stone will be left here upon another not thrown down." |

For they shall deliver you up to councils, and in the synagogues you shall be beaten, and you shall stand before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony unto them. | But take ye heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in synagogues shall ye be beaten; and before governors and kings shall ye stand for my sake, for a testimony unto them. | "You yourselves must be on your guard. They will deliver you up to Sanhedrins; you will be brought into synagogues and cruelly beaten; and you will stand before governors and kings for my sake, to be witnesses to them for me. |

| Mark 13:12 | And the brother shall betray his brother unto death, and the father his son; and children shall rise up against the parents, and shall work their death. | And brother shall deliver up brother to death, and the father his child; and children shall rise up against parents, and cause them to be put to death. | "Brother will betray brother to be killed, and fathers will betray children; and children will rise against their parents and have them put to death. |
| Mark 13:13 | And you shall be hated by all men for my name's sake. But he that shall endure unto the end, he shall be saved. | And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end, the same shall be saved. | You will be objects of universal hatred because you are called by my name, but those who stand firm to the End will be saved. |

| Mark 13:15 | And let him that is on the housetop, not go down into the house, nor enter therein to take any thing out of the house: | and let him that is on the housetop not go down, nor enter in, to take anything out his house: | let him who is on the roof not come down and enter the house to fetch anything out of it; |
| Mark 13:16 | And let him that shall be in the field, not turn back to take up his garment. | and let him that is in the field not return back to take his cloak. | and let not him who is in the field turn back to pick up his outer garment. |
| Mark 13:17 | And woe to them that are with child, and that give suck in those days. | But woe unto them that are with child and to them that give suck in those days! | And alas for the women who at that time are with child or have infants! |
| Mark 13:18 | But pray ye, that these things happen not in winter. | And pray ye that it be not in the winter. | "But pray that it may not come in the winter. |
| Mark 13:19 | For in those days shall be such tribulations, as were not from the beginning of the creation which God created until now, neither shall be. | For those days shall be tribulation, such as there hath not been the like from the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never shall be. | For those will be times of suffering the like of which has never been from the first creation of God's world until now, and assuredly never will be again; |
