1st-Corinthians 3:1And I, brethren, could not speak to you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal. As unto little ones in Christ. And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, as unto babes in Christ. Brothers, I couldn't speak to you as to spiritual, but as to fleshly, as to babes in Christ.
1st-Corinthians 3:2I gave you milk to drink, not meat; for you were not able as yet. But neither indeed are you now able; for you are yet carnal.I fed you with milk, not with meat; for ye were not yet able [to bear it]: nay, not even now are ye able; I fed you with milk, not with meat; for you weren't yet ready. Indeed, not even now are you ready,
1st-Corinthians 3:3For, whereas there is among you envying and contention, are you not carnal, and walk according to man ?for ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you jealousy and strife, are ye not carnal, and do ye not walk after the manner of men? for you are still fleshly. For insofar as there is jealousy, strife, and factions among you, aren't you fleshly, and don't you walk in the ways of men?
1st-Corinthians 3:4For while one saith, I indeed am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollo; are you not men ? What then is Apollo, and what is Paul? For when one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not men? For when one says, "I follow Paul," and another, "I follow Apollos," aren't you fleshly?
1st-Corinthians 3:5The ministers of him whom you have believed; and to every one as the Lord hath given. What then is Apollos? and what is Paul? Ministers through whom ye believed; and each as the Lord gave to him. Who then is Apollos, and who is Paul, but servants through whom you believed; and each as the Lord gave to him?
1st-Corinthians 3:6I have planted, Apollo watered, but God gave the increase.I planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase.
1st-Corinthians 3:7Therefore, neither he that planteth is any thing, nor he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. So then neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase.
1st-Corinthians 3:8Now he that planteth, and he that watereth, ate one. And every man shall receive his own reward, according to his own labour. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: but each shall receive his own reward according to his own labor. Now he who plants and he who waters are the same, but each will receive his own reward according to his own labor.
1st-Corinthians 3:9For we are God's coadjutors: you are God's husbandry; you are God's building. For we are God's fellow-workers: ye are God's husbandry, God's building. For we are God's fellow workers. You are God's farming, God's building.
1st-Corinthians 3:10According to the grace of God that is given to me, as a wise architect, I have laid the foundation; and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.According to the grace of God which was given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder I laid a foundation; and another buildeth thereon. But let each man take heed how he buildeth thereon. According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another builds on it. But let each man be careful how he builds on it.
1st-Corinthians 3:11For other foundation no man can lay, but that which is laid; which is Christ Jesus. For other foundation can no man lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. For no one can lay any other foundation than that which has been laid, which is Jesus Christ.
1st-Corinthians 3:12Now if any man build upon this foundation, gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble:But if any man buildeth on the foundation gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay, stubble; But if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay, or stubble;
1st-Corinthians 3:13Every man's work shall be manifest; for the day of the Lord shall declare it, because it shall be revealed in fire; and the fire shall try every man's work, of what sort it is.each man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself shall prove each man's work of what sort it is. each man's work will be revealed. For the Day will declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself will test what sort of work each man's work is.
1st-Corinthians 3:14If any man's work abide, which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall abide which he built thereon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work remains which he built on it, he will receive a reward.
1st-Corinthians 3:15If any man's work burn, he shall suffer loss; but he himself shall be saved, yet so as by fire.If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as through fire. If any man's work is burned, he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, but as through fire.
1st-Corinthians 3:16Know you not, that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you ?Know ye not that ye are a temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? Don't you know that you are a temple of God, and that God's Spirit lives in you?
1st-Corinthians 3:17But if any man violate the temple of God, him shall God destroy. For the temple of God is holy, which you are.If any man destroyeth the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, and such are ye. If anyone destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him; for God's temple is holy, which you are.
1st-Corinthians 3:18Let no man deceive himself: if any man among you seem to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.Let no man deceive himself. If any man thinketh that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise. Let no one deceive himself. If anyone thinks that he is wise among you in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise.
1st-Corinthians 3:19For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written: I will catch the wise in their own craftiness. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He that taketh the wise in their craftiness: For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, "He has taken the wise in their craftiness."
1st-Corinthians 3:20And again: The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain.and again, The Lord knoweth the reasonings of the wise that they are vain. And again, "The Lord knows the reasoning of the wise, that it is worthless."
1st-Corinthians 3:21Let no man therefore glory in men.Wherefore let no one glory in men. For all things are yours; Therefore let no one boast in men. For all things are yours,
1st-Corinthians 3:22For all things are yours, whether it be Paul, or Apollo, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to some; for all are yours;whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come; all are yours; whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present, or things to come. All are yours,
1st-Corinthians 3:23And you are Christ's; and Christ is God's.and ye are Christ's; and Christ is God's. and you are Christ's, and Christ is God's.
