Galatians 5:1Stand fast, and be not held again under the yoke of bondage.Christ has truly made us free: then keep your free condition and let no man put a yoke on you again.Stand fast therefore in the liberty with which Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
Galatians 5:2Behold, I Paul tell you, that if you be circumcised, Christ shall profit you nothing.See, I Paul say to you, that if you undergo circumcision, Christ will be of no use to you.Behold, I Paul say to you, that if ye be circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing.
Galatians 5:3And I testify again to every man circumcising himself, that he is a debtor to the whole law.Yes, I give witness again to every man who undergoes circumcision, that he will have to keep all the law.For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.
Galatians 5:4You are made void of Christ, you who are justified in the law: you are fallen from grace. You are cut off from Christ, you who would have righteousness by the law; you are turned away from grace.Christ is become of no effect to you, whoever of you are justified by the law; ye have fallen from grace.
Galatians 5:5For we in spirit, by faith, wait for the hope of justice. For we through the Spirit by faith are waiting for the hope of righteousness. For we through the Spirit wait for the hope of righteousness by faith.
Galatians 5:6For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision: but faith that worketh by charity.Because in Christ Jesus, having circumcision or not having circumcision are equally of no profit; but only faith working through love. For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
Galatians 5:7You did run well, who hath hindered you, that you should not obey the truth? You were going on well; who was the cause of your not giving ear to what is true?Ye did run well, who hindered you that ye should not obey the truth?
Galatians 5:8This persuasion is not from him that calleth you. This ready belief did not come from him who had made you his. This persuasion cometh not from him that calleth you.
Galatians 5:9A little leaven corrupteth the whole lump.A little leaven makes a change in all the mass.A little leaven leaveneth the whole lump.
Galatians 5:10I have confidence in you in the Lord: that you will not be of another mind: but he that troubleth you, shall bear the judgment, whosoever he be.I am certain about you in the Lord, that you will be of no other mind; but he who is troubling you will have his punishment, whoever he is.I have confidence in you through the Lord, that ye will be no otherwise minded: but he that troubleth you shall bear his judgment, whoever he may be.
Galatians 5:11And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? Then is the scandal of the cross made void. But I, brothers, if I am still preaching circumcision, why am I still attacked? then has the shame of the cross been taken away. And I, brethren, if I yet preach circumcision, why do I yet suffer persecution? then hath the offense of the cross ceased.
Galatians 5:12I would they were even cut off, who trouble you.My desire is that they who give you trouble might even be cut off themselves.I would they were even cut off who trouble you.
Galatians 5:13For you, brethren, have been called unto liberty: only make not liberty an occasion to the flesh, but by charity of the spirit serve one another.Because you, brothers, were marked out to be free; only do not make use of your free condition to give the flesh its chance, but through love be servants one to another. For, brethren, ye have been called to liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.
Galatians 5:14For all the law is fulfilled in one word: Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. For all the law is made complete in one word, even in this, Have love for your neighbour as for yourself. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.
Galatians 5:15But if you bite and devour one another; take heed you be not consumed one of another. But if you are given to fighting with one another, take care that you are not the cause of destruction one to another. But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one by another.
Galatians 5:16I say then, walk in the spirit, and you shall not fulfil the lusts of the flesh. But I say, Go on in the Spirit, and you will not come under the rule of the evil desires of the flesh. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye will not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
Galatians 5:17For the flesh lusteth against the spirit: and the spirit against the flesh; for these are contrary one to another: so that you do not the things that you would. For the flesh has desires against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; because these are opposite the one to the other; so that you may not do the things which you have a mind to do.For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other; so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
Galatians 5:18But if you are led by the spirit, you are not under the law.But if you are guided by the Spirit, you are not under the law.But if ye are led by the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
Galatians 5:19Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are fornication, uncleanness, immodesty, luxury,Now the works of the flesh are clear, which are these: evil desire, unclean things, wrong use of the senses,Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these, Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,

Galatians 5:21Envies, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like. Of the which I foretell you, as I have foretold to you, that they who do such things shall not obtain the kingdom of God.Envy, uncontrolled drinking and feasting, and such things: of which I give you word clearly, even as I did in the past, that they who do such things will have no part in the kingdom of God.Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such like: of which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
Galatians 5:22But the fruit of the Spirit is, charity, joy, peace, patience, benignity, goodness, longanimity,But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, a quiet mind, kind acts, well-doing, faith,But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Galatians 5:23Mildness, faith, modesty, continency, chastity. Against such there is no law.Gentle behaviour, control over desires: against such there is no law.Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Galatians 5:24And they that are Christ's, have crucified their flesh, with the vices and concupiscences. And those who are Christ's have put to death on the cross the flesh with its passions and its evil desires. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh, with the affections and lusts.
Galatians 5:25If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. If we are living by the Spirit, by the Spirit let us be guided. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
