| Leviticus 24:1 | And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: | And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying, | |
| Leviticus 24:2 | Command the children of Israel, that they bring unto thee the finest and dearest oil of olives, to furnish the lamps continually, | Command the children of Israel that they bring unto thee pure beaten olive oil for the light, to light the lamp continually. | |
| Leviticus 24:3 | Without the veil of the testimony in the tabernacle of the covenant. And Aaron shall set them from evening until morning before the Lord, by a perpetual service and rite in your generations. | Outside the veil of the testimony, in the tent of meeting, shall Aaron dress it from evening to morning before Jehovah continually: [it is] an everlasting statute throughout your generations. | |
| Leviticus 24:4 | They shall be set upon the most pure candlestick before the Lord continually. | Upon the pure candlestick shall he arrange the lamps before Jehovah continually. | |
| Leviticus 24:5 | Thou shalt take also fine hour, and shalt bake twelve leaves thereof, two tenths shall be in every loaf : | And thou shalt take fine wheaten flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof; each cake shall be of two tenths. | |
| Leviticus 24:6 | And thou shalt set them six and six one against another upon the most clean table before the Lord: | And thou shalt set them in two rows, six in a row, upon the pure table before Jehovah. | |
| Leviticus 24:7 | And thou shalt put upon them the dearest frankincense, that the bread may be for a memorial of the oblation of the Lord. | And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon each row; and it shall be a bread of remembrance, an offering by fire to Jehovah. | |
| Leviticus 24:8 | Every sabbath they shall be changed before the Lord, being received of the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant: | Every sabbath day he shall arrange it before Jehovah continually, on the part of the children of Israel: [it is] an everlasting covenant. | |
| Leviticus 24:9 | And they shall be Aaron's and his sons', that they may eat them in the holy place: because it is most holy of the sacrifices of the Lord by a perpetual right. | And it shall be Aaron's and his sons'; and they shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy unto him of Jehovah's offerings by fire: [it is] an everlasting statute. | |
| Leviticus 24:10 | And behold there went out the son of a woman of Israel, whom she had of an Egyptian, among the children of Israel, and fell at words in the camp with a man of Israel. | And the son of an Israelitish woman but withal the son of an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel; and this son of the Israelitess and a man of Israel strove together in the camp; | |
| Leviticus 24:11 | And when he had blasphemed the name, and had cursed it, he was brought to Moses: (now his mother was called Salumith, the daughter of Dabri, of the tribe of Dan:) | and the Israelitish woman's son blasphemed the Name, and cursed; and they brought him to Moses. And his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan. | |
| Leviticus 24:12 | And they put him into prison, till they might know what the Lord would command. | And they confined him, that they might decide at the mouth of Jehovah. | |

| Leviticus 24:14 | Saying: Bring forth the blasphemer without the camp, and let them that heard him, put their hands upon his head, and let all the people stone him. | Lead the reviler outside the camp; and all that heard [him] shall lay their hands upon his head, and the whole assembly shall stone him. | |
| Leviticus 24:15 | And thou shalt speak to the children of Israel: the man that curseth his God, shall bear his sin: | And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Every one when he revileth his God shall bear his sin. | |
| Leviticus 24:16 | And he that blasphemeth the name of the Lord, dying let him die: all the multitude shall stone him, whether he be a native or a stranger. He that blasphemeth the name of the Lord, dying let him die. | And he that blasphemeth the name of Jehovah shall certainly be put to death; all the assembly shall certainly stone him; as well the stranger as he that is home-born, when he blasphemeth the Name, shall be put to death. | |
| Leviticus 24:17 | He that striketh and killeth a man, dying let him die. | And if any one smiteth any man mortally, he shall certainly be put to death. | |
| Leviticus 24:18 | He that killeth a beast, shall make it good, that is to say, shall give beast for beast. | And he that smiteth a beast mortally shall make it good, life for life. | |
| Leviticus 24:19 | He that giveth a blemish to any of his neighbours: as he hath done, so shall it be done to him: | And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour, as he hath done, so shall it be done to him; | |
| Leviticus 24:20 | Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, shall he restore. What blemish he gave, the like shall he be compelled to suffer. | breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him. | |
| Leviticus 24:21 | He that striketh a beast, shall render another. He that striketh a man shall be punished. | He that smiteth a beast [mortally] shall make it good; and he that smiteth a man [mortally] shall be put to death. | |
| Leviticus 24:22 | Let there be equal judgment among you, whether he be a stranger, or a native that offends: because I am the Lord your God. | Ye shall have one law: as the stranger, so the home-born; for I am Jehovah your God. | |
| Leviticus 24:23 | And Moses spoke to the children of Israel: and they brought forth him that had blasphemed, without the camp, and they stoned him. And the children of Israel did as the Lord had commanded Moses. | And Moses spoke to the children of Israel; and they led the reviler outside the camp and stoned him with stones. And the children of Israel did as Jehovah had commanded Moses. | |
