| Exodus 29:1 | And thou shalt also do this, that they may be consecrated to me in priesthood. Take a calf from the herd, and two rams without blemish, | And this is the thing that thou shalt do unto them to hallow them, to minister unto me in the priest's office: Take one young bullock, and two rams without blemish, | This is what you are to do to make them holy, to do the work of priests to me: Take one young ox and two male sheep, without any mark on them, |
| Exodus 29:2 | And unleavened bread, and a cake without leaven, tempered with oil, wafers also unleavened anointed with oil: thou shalt make them all of wheaten flour. | And unleavened bread, and cakes unleavened tempered with oil, and wafers unleavened anointed with oil: of wheaten flour shalt thou make them. | And unleavened bread, and unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and thin unleavened cakes on which oil has been put, made of the best bread-meal; |
| Exodus 29:3 | And thou shalt put them in a basket and offer them: and the calf and the two rams. | And thou shalt put them into one basket, and bring them in the basket, with the bullock and the two rams. | Put these in a basket and take them, with the ox and the two sheep. |

After thou shalt have consecrated their hands, | And thou shalt gird them with girdles, Aaron and his sons, and put the bonnets on them: and the priest's office shall be theirs for a perpetual statute: and thou shalt consecrate Aaron and his sons. | And put the linen bands round Aaron and his sons, and the head-dresses on them, to make them priests by my order for ever: so you are to make Aaron and his sons holy to me. |

| Exodus 29:12 | And taking some of the blood of the calf, thou shalt put it upon the horns of the altar with thy finger, and the rest of the blood thou shalt pour at the bottom thereof. | And thou shalt take of the blood of the bullock, and put it upon the horns of the altar with thy finger, and pour all the blood beside the bottom of the altar. | Then take some of the blood of the ox, and put it on the horns of the altar with your finger, draining out all the rest of the blood at the base of the altar. |
| Exodus 29:13 | Thou shalt take also all the fat that covereth the entrails, and the caul of the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and shalt offer a burnt offering upon the altar: | And thou shalt take all the fat that covereth the inwards, and the caul that is above the liver, and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, and burn them upon the altar. | And take all the fat covering the inside of the ox, and the fat joining the liver and the two kidneys with the fat round them, and let them be burned on the altar; |
| Exodus 29:14 | But the flesh of the calf and the hide and the dung, thou shalt burn abroad, without the camp, because it is for sin. | But the flesh of the bullock, and his skin, and his dung, shalt thou burn with fire without the camp: it is a sin offering. | But the flesh of the ox and its skin and its waste parts are to be burned outside the circle of the tents, for it is a sin-offering. |
| Exodus 29:15 | Thou shalt take also one ram upon the head whereof Aaron and his sons shall lay their hands. | Thou shalt also take one ram; and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands upon the head of the ram. | Then take one of the sheep, and let Aaron and his sons put their hands on its head. |
| Exodus 29:16 | And when thou hast killed him, thou shalt take of the blood thereof, and pour round about the altar: | And thou shalt slay the ram, and thou shalt take his blood, and sprinkle it round about upon the altar. | Then let it be put to death, so that the sides of the altar are marked with its blood. |
| Exodus 29:17 | And thou shalt cut the ram in pieces, and having washed his entrails and feet, thou shalt put them upon the flesh that is cut in pieces, and upon his head. | And thou shalt cut the ram in pieces, and wash the inwards of him, and his legs, and put them unto his pieces, and unto his head. | Then the sheep is to be cut up into its parts, and after washing its legs and its inside parts, you are to put them with the parts and the head, |
| Exodus 29:18 | And thou shalt offer the whole ram for a burnt offering upon the altar: it is an oblation to the Lord, a most sweet savour of the victim of the Lord. | And thou shalt burn the whole ram upon the altar: it is a burnt offering unto the LORD: it is a sweet savour, an offering made by fire unto the LORD. | And let them all be burned on the altar as a burned offering to the Lord: a sweet smell, an offering made by fire to the Lord. |

| Exodus 29:20 | And when thou hast sacrificed him, thou shalt take of his blood, and put upon the tip of the right ear of Aaron and of his sons, and upon the thumbs and great toes of their right hand and foot, and thou shalt pour the blood upon the altar round about. | Then shalt thou kill the ram, and take of his blood, and put it upon the tip of the right ear of Aaron, and upon the tip of the right ear of his sons, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot, and sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about. | You are to put the sheep to death, and take some of its blood and put it on the point of Aaron's right ear, and of the right ears of his sons, and on the thumbs of their right hands and the great toes of their right feet, dropping the rest of the blood on the sides of the altar. |
| Exodus 29:21 | And when thou hast taken of the blood, that is upon the altar, and of the oil of unction, thou shalt sprinkle Aaron and his vesture, his sons and their vestments. And after they and their vestments are consecrated, | And thou shalt take of the blood that is upon the altar, and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle it upon Aaron, and upon his garments, and upon his sons, and upon the garments of his sons with him: and he shall be hallowed, and his garments, and his sons, and his sons' garments with him. | Then take some of the blood on the altar, and the oil, and put it on Aaron and his robes and on his sons and on their robes, so that he and his robes and his sons and their robes may be made holy. |

| Exodus 29:24 | And thou shalt put all upon the hands of Aaron and of his sons, and shalt sanctify them elevating before the Lord. | And thou shalt put all in the hands of Aaron, and in the hands of his sons; and shalt wave them for a wave offering before the LORD. | And put them all on the hands of Aaron and of his sons, to be waved for a wave offering before the Lord. |
| Exodus 29:25 | And thou shalt take all from their hands, and shalt burn them upon the altar for a holocaust, a most sweet savour in the sight of the Lord, because it is his oblation. | And thou shalt receive them of their hands, and burn them upon the altar for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour before the LORD: it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD. | Then take them from their hands, and let them be burned on the burned offering on the altar, a sweet smell before the Lord, an offering made by fire to the Lord. |

| Exodus 29:27 | And thou shalt sanctify both the consecrated breast, and the shoulder that thou didst separate of the ram, | And thou shalt sanctify the breast of the wave offering, and the shoulder of the heave offering, which is waved, and which is heaved up, of the ram of the consecration, even of that which is for Aaron, and of that which is for his sons: | So you are to make holy the breast of the sheep which is waved and the leg which is lifted up on high, that is, of the sheep which is offered for Aaron and his sons; |
| Exodus 29:28 | Wherewith Aaron was consecrated and his sons, and they shall fall to Aarons share and his sons' by a perpetual right from the children of Israel: because they are the choicest and the beginnings of their peace victims which they offer to the Lord. | And it shall be Aaron's and his sons' by a statute for ever from the children of Israel: for it is an heave offering: and it shall be an heave offering from the children of Israel of the sacrifice of their peace offerings, even their heave offering unto the LORD. | And it will be their part as a right for ever from the children of Israel, it is a special offering from the children of Israel, made from their peace-offerings, a special offering lifted up to the Lord. |
| Exodus 29:29 | And the holy vesture, which Aaron shall use, his sons shall have after him, that they may be anointed, and their hands consecrated to it. | And the holy garments of Aaron shall be his sons' after him, to be anointed therein, and to be consecrated in them. | And Aaron's holy robes will be used by his sons after him; they will put them on when they are made priests. |
| Exodus 29:30 | He of his sons that shall be appointed high priest in his stead, and that shall enter into the tabernacle of the testimony to minister in the sanctuary, shall wear it seven days. | And that son that is priest in his stead shall put them on seven days, when he cometh into the tabernacle of the congregation to minister in the holy place. | For seven days the son who becomes priest in his place will put them on when he comes into the Tent of meeting to do the work of the holy place. |
| Exodus 29:31 | And thou shalt take the ram of the consecration, and shalt boil the flesh thereof in the holy place: | And thou shalt take the ram of the consecration, and seethe his flesh in the holy place. | Then take the sheep of the wave offering and let its flesh be cooked in water in a holy place. |
| Exodus 29:32 | And Aaron and his sons shall eat it. The loaves also, that are in the basket, they shall eat in the entry of the tabernacle of the testimony, | And Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. | And let Aaron and his sons make a meal of it, with the bread in the basket, at the door of the Tent of meeting. |
| Exodus 29:33 | That it may be an atoning sacrifice, and the hands of the offerers may be sanctified. A stranger shall not eat of them, because they are holy. | And they shall eat those things wherewith the atonement was made, to consecrate and to sanctify them: but a stranger shall not eat thereof, because they are holy. | All those things which were used as offerings to take away sin, and to make them holy to be priests, they may have for food: but no one who is not a priest may have them, for they are holy food. |
| Exodus 29:34 | And if there remain of the consecrated flash, or of the bread till the morning, thou shalt burn the remainder with fire: they shall not be eaten, because they are sanctified. | And if ought of the flesh of the consecrations, or of the bread, remain unto the morning, then thou shalt burn the remainder with fire: it shall not be eaten, because it is holy. | And if any of the flesh of the offering or of the bread is over till the morning, let it be burned with fire; it is not to be used for food, for it is holy. |
| Exodus 29:35 | All that I have commanded thee, thou shalt do unto Aaron and his sons. Seven days shalt thou consecrate their hands: | And thus shalt thou do unto Aaron, and to his sons, according to all things which I have commanded thee: seven days shalt thou consecrate them. | All these things you are to do to Aaron and his sons as I have given you orders: for seven days the work of making them priests is to go on. |

And thou shalt cleanse the altar when thou hast offered the victim of expiation, and shalt anoint it to sanctify it. | And thou shalt offer every day a bullock for a sin offering for atonement: and thou shalt cleanse the altar, when thou hast made an atonement for it, and thou shalt anoint it, to sanctify it. | Every day an ox is to be offered as a sin-offering, to take away sins: and by this offering on it, you will make the altar clean from sin; and you are to put oil on it and make it holy. |
| Exodus 29:37 | Seven days shalt thou expiate the altar and sanctify it, and it shall be most holy. Every one that shall touch it shall be holy. | Seven days thou shalt make an atonement for the altar, and sanctify it; and it shall be an altar most holy: whatsoever toucheth the altar shall be holy. | For seven days you are to make offerings for the altar and make it holy, so that it may become completely holy, and anything touching it will become holy. |
