Exodus 27:1Thou shalt make also an altar of setim wood, which shall be five cubits long and as many broad, that is, foursquare, and three cubits high.And thou shalt make an altar of shittim wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and its hight shall be three cubits.And thou shalt make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and the height thereof shall be three cubits.
Exodus 27:2And there shall be horns at the four corners of the same: and thou shalt cover it with brass.And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: its horns shall be of the same: and thou shalt overlay it with brass.And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof; the horns thereof shall be of one piece with it: and thou shalt overlay it with brass.
Exodus 27:3And thou shalt make for the uses thereof pans to receive the ashes, and tongs and fleshhooks, and firepans: all its vessels thou shalt make of brass.And thou shalt make its pans to receive its ashes, and its shovels, and its basins, and its flesh-hooks, and its fire-pans: all its vessels thou shalt make of brass.And thou shalt make its pots to take away its ashes, and its shovels, and its basins, and its flesh-hooks, and its firepans: all the vessels thereof thou shalt make of brass.
Exodus 27:4And a grate of brass in manner of a net: at the four corners of which shall be four rings of brass,And thou shalt make for it a grate of net-work of brass; and upon the net shalt thou make four brazen rings in its four corners.And thou shalt make for it a grating of network of brass: and upon the net shalt thou make four brazen rings in the four corners thereof.
Exodus 27:5Which thou shalt put under the hearth of the altar: and the grate shall be even to the midst of the altar.And thou shalt put it under the compass of the altar beneath, that the net may be even to the midst of the altar.And thou shalt put it under the ledge round the altar beneath, that the net may reach halfway up the altar.
Exodus 27:6Thou shalt make also two bars for the altar of setim wood, which thou shalt cover with plates of brass:And thou shalt make staffs for the altar, staffs of shittim wood, and overlay them with brass.And thou shalt make staves for the altar, staves of acacia wood, and overlay them with brass.
Exodus 27:7And thou shalt draw them through rings, and they shall be on both sides of the altar to carry it.And the staffs shall be put into the rings, and the staffs shall be upon the two sides of the altar, to bear it.And the staves thereof shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be upon the two sides of the altar, in bearing it.
Exodus 27:8Thou shalt not make it solid, but empty and hollow in the inside, as it was shewn thee in the mount.Hollow with boards shalt thou make it: as it was shown thee on the mount, so shall they make it.Hollow with planks shalt thou make it: as it hath been showed thee in the mount, so shall they make it.
Exodus 27:9Thou shalt make also the court of the tabernacle, in the south side whereof southward there shall be hangings of fine twisted linen of a hundred cubits long for one side.And thou shalt make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen of a hundred cubits long for one side:And thou shalt make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen a hundred cubits long for one side:
Exodus 27:10And twenty pillars with as many sockets of brass, the heads of which with their engraving of silver.And its twenty pillars and their twenty sockets shall be of brass: the hooks of the pillars and their fillets shall be of silver.and the pillars thereof shall be twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets [shall be] of silver.
Exodus 27:11In like manner also on the north side there shall be hangings of a hundred cubits long, twenty pillars, and as many sockets of brass, and their heads with their engraving of silver.And likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings of a hundred cubits long, and its twenty pillars and their twenty sockets of brass: the hooks of the pillars and their fillets of silver.And likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings a hundred cubits long, and the pillars thereof twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver.
Exodus 27:12But in the breadth of the court, that looketh to the west, there shall be hangings of fifty cubits, and ten pillars, and as many sockets.And for the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits: their pillars ten, and their sockets ten.And for the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits; their pillars ten, and their sockets ten.
Exodus 27:13In that breadth also of the court, which looketh to the east, there shall be fifty cubits.And the breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits.And the breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits.
Exodus 27:14In which there shall be for one side hangings of fifteen cubits, and three pillars and as many sockets.The hangings of one side of the gate shall be fifteen cubits: their pillars three, and their sockets three.The hangings for the one side [of the gate] shall be fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three.
Exodus 27:15And in the other side there shall be hangings of fifteen cubits, with three pillars and as many sockets.And on the other side shall be hangings, fifteen cubits: their pillars three, and their sockets three.And for the other side shall be hangings of fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three.
Exodus 27:16And in the entrance of the court there shall be made a hanging of twenty cubits of violet and purple, and scarlet twice dyed, and fine twisted linen, with embroidered work: it shall have four pillars with as many sockets.And for the gate of the court shall be a hanging of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, wrought with needle-work: and their pillars shall be four, and their sockets four.And for the gate of the court shall be a screen of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the embroiderer; their pillars four, and their sockets four.
Exodus 27:17All the pillars of the court round about shall be garnished with plates of silver, silver heads and sockets of brass.All the pillars around the court shall be filleted with silver: their hooks shall be of silver, and their sockets of brass.All the pillars of the court round about shall be filleted with silver; their hooks of silver, and their sockets of brass.
Exodus 27:18In length the court shall take up a hundred cubits, in breadth fifty, the height shall be of five cubits, and it shall be made of fine twisted linen, and shall have sockets of brass.The length of the court shall be a hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the hight five cubits of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass.The length of the court shall be a hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the height five cubits, of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass.
Exodus 27:19All the vessels of the tabernacle for all uses and ceremonies, and the pins both of it, and of the court, thou shalt make of brass.All the vessels of the tabernacle in all the service thereof, and all the pins thereof, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.All the instruments of the tabernacle in all the service thereof, and all the pins thereof, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.
Exodus 27:20Command the children of Israel that they bring thee the purest oil of the olives, and beaten with a pestle: that a lamp may burn always,And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring the pure olive-oil beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring unto thee pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually.
Exodus 27:21In the tabernacle of the testimony without the veil that hangs before the testimony. And Aaron and his sons shall order it, that it may give light before the Lord until the morning. It shall be a perpetual observance throughout their successions among the children of Israel.In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the LORD: It shall be a statute for ever to their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.In the tent of meeting, without the veil which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall keep it in order from evening to morning before Jehovah: it shall be a statue for ever throughout their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.
