| Exodus 27:1 | Thou shalt make also an altar of setim wood, which shall be five cubits long and as many broad, that is, foursquare, and three cubits high. | And thou shalt make an altar of shittim wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and its hight shall be three cubits. | And make an altar of hard wood, a square altar, five cubits long, five cubits wide and three cubits high. |
| Exodus 27:2 | And there shall be horns at the four corners of the same: and thou shalt cover it with brass. | And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: its horns shall be of the same: and thou shalt overlay it with brass. | Put horns at the four angles of it, made of the same, plating it all with brass. |

| Exodus 27:4 | And a grate of brass in manner of a net: at the four corners of which shall be four rings of brass, | And thou shalt make for it a grate of net-work of brass; and upon the net shalt thou make four brazen rings in its four corners. | And make a network of brass, with four brass rings at its four angles. |
| Exodus 27:5 | Which thou shalt put under the hearth of the altar: and the grate shall be even to the midst of the altar. | And thou shalt put it under the compass of the altar beneath, that the net may be even to the midst of the altar. | And put the network under the shelf round the altar so that the net comes half-way up the altar. |
| Exodus 27:6 | Thou shalt make also two bars for the altar of setim wood, which thou shalt cover with plates of brass: | And thou shalt make staffs for the altar, staffs of shittim wood, and overlay them with brass. | And make rods for the altar, of hard wood, plated with brass. |
| Exodus 27:7 | And thou shalt draw them through rings, and they shall be on both sides of the altar to carry it. | And the staffs shall be put into the rings, and the staffs shall be upon the two sides of the altar, to bear it. | And put the rods through the rings at the two opposite sides of the altar, for lifting it. |
| Exodus 27:8 | Thou shalt not make it solid, but empty and hollow in the inside, as it was shewn thee in the mount. | Hollow with boards shalt thou make it: as it was shown thee on the mount, so shall they make it. | The altar is to be hollow, boarded in with wood; make it from the design which you saw on the mountain. |
| Exodus 27:9 | Thou shalt make also the court of the tabernacle, in the south side whereof southward there shall be hangings of fine twisted linen of a hundred cubits long for one side. | And thou shalt make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen of a hundred cubits long for one side: | And let there be an open space round the House, with hangings for its south side of the best linen, a hundred cubits long. |
| Exodus 27:10 | And twenty pillars with as many sockets of brass, the heads of which with their engraving of silver. | And its twenty pillars and their twenty sockets shall be of brass: the hooks of the pillars and their fillets shall be of silver. | Their twenty pillars and their twenty bases are to be of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their bands are to be of silver. |

| Exodus 27:12 | But in the breadth of the court, that looketh to the west, there shall be hangings of fifty cubits, and ten pillars, and as many sockets. | And for the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits: their pillars ten, and their sockets ten. | And for the open space on the west side, the hangings are to be fifty cubits wide, with ten pillars and ten bases; |
| Exodus 27:13 | In that breadth also of the court, which looketh to the east, there shall be fifty cubits. | And the breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits. | And on the east side the space is to be fifty cubits wide. |
| Exodus 27:14 | In which there shall be for one side hangings of fifteen cubits, and three pillars and as many sockets. | The hangings of one side of the gate shall be fifteen cubits: their pillars three, and their sockets three. | On the one side of the doorway will be hangings fifteen cubits long, with three pillars and three bases; |

| Exodus 27:21 | In the tabernacle of the testimony without the veil that hangs before the testimony. And Aaron and his sons shall order it, that it may give light before the Lord until the morning. It shall be a perpetual observance throughout their successions among the children of Israel. | In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the LORD: It shall be a statute for ever to their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel. | Let Aaron and his sons put this in order, evening and morning, before the Lord, inside the Tent of meeting, outside the veil which is before the ark; this is to be an order for ever, from generation to generation, to be kept by the children of Israel. |
