Genesis 21:1And the Lord visited Sara, as he had promised: and fulfilled what he had spoken. And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did to Sarah as he had spoken. And Jehovah visited Sarah as he had said, and Jehovah did to Sarah as he had spoken.
Genesis 21:2And she conceived and bore a son in her old age, at the time that God had foretold her.For Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.And Sarah conceived, and bore Abraham a son in his old age, at the appointed time of which God had spoken to him.
Genesis 21:3And Abraham called the name of his son, whom Sara bore him, Isaac. And Abraham called the name of his son that was born to him, whom Sarah bore to him, Isaac. And Abraham called the name of his son who was born to him, whom Sarah bore to him, Isaac.

Genesis 21:6And Sara said: God hath made a laughter for me: whosoever shall hear of it will laugh with me.And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me.And Sarah said, God has made me laugh: all that hear will laugh with me.
Genesis 21:7And again she said: Who would believe that Abraham should hear that Sara gave suck to a son, whom she bore to him in his old age.And she said, Who would have said to Abraham, that Sarah shall nurse children? for I have borne him a son in his old age.And she said, Who would have said to Abraham, Sarah will suckle children? For I have borne [him] a son in his old age.
Genesis 21:8And the child grew and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast on the day of his weaning. And the child grew, and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the day that Isaac was weaned. And the child grew, and was weaned. And Abraham made a great feast on the day that Isaac was weaned.
Genesis 21:9And when Sara had seen the son of Agar the Egyptian playing with Isaac her son, she said to Abraham:And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had borne to Abraham, mocking. And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, whom she had borne to Abraham, mocking.
Genesis 21:10Cast out this bondwoman, and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with my son Isaac.Wherefore, she said to Abraham, Cast out this bond-woman, and her son: for the son of this bond-woman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac. And she said to Abraham, Cast out this handmaid and her son; for the son of this handmaid shall not inherit with my son with Isaac.
Genesis 21:11Abraham took this grievously for his son.And the thing was very grievous in Abraham's sight, because of his son.And the thing was very grievous in Abraham's sight because of his son.
Genesis 21:12And God said to him: Let it not seem grievous to thee for the boy, and for thy bondwoman: in all that Sara hath said to thee, hearken to her voice: for in Isaac shall thy seed be called. And God said to Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight, because of the lad, and because of thy bond-woman; in all that Sarah hath said to thee, hearken to her voice: for in Isaac shall thy seed be called. And God said to Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad and because of thy handmaid: [in] all that Sarah hath said to thee hearken to her voice, for in Isaac shall a seed be called to thee.
Genesis 21:13But I will make the son also of the bondwoman a great nation, because he is thy seed. And also of the son of the bond-woman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed. But also the son of the handmaid will I make a nation, because he is thy seed.
Genesis 21:14So Abraham rose up in the morning, and taking bread and a bottle of water, put it upon her shoulder, and delivered the boy, and sent her away. And she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Bersabee. And Abraham rose early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it to Hagar (putting it on her shoulder) and the child, and sent her away; and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beer-sheba.And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a flask of water, and gave [it] to Hagar, putting [it] on her shoulder and the child, and sent her away. Genesis 21:15And when the water in the bottle was spent, she cast the boy under one of the trees that were there. And the water was spent in the bottle, and she cast the child under one of the shrubs. And the water was exhausted from the flask; and she cast the child under one of the shrubs,
Genesis 21:16And she went her way, and sat over against him a great way off as far as a bow can carry, for she said: I will not see the boy die: and sitting over against, she lifted up her voice and wept. And she went, and sat her down over against him, a good way off, as it were a bow-shot: for she said, Let me not see the death of the child. And she sat over against him, and raised her voice, and wept.and she went and sat down over against [him], a bow-shot off; for she said, Let me not behold the death of the child. And she sat over against [him], and lifted up her voice and wept.
Genesis 21:17And God heard the voice of the boy: and an angel of God called to Agar from heaven, saying: What art thou doing, Agar? fear not: for God hath heard the voice of the boy, from the place wherein he is.And God heard the voice of the lad: and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said to her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.And God heard the voice of the lad. And the Angel of God called to Hagar from the heavens, and said to her, What [aileth] thee, Hagar? Fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad there, where he is.
Genesis 21:18Arise, take up the boy, and hold him by the hand: for I will make him a great nation.Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him in thy hand: for I will make him a great nation.Arise, take the lad, and hold him in thy hand; for I will make of him a great nation.
Genesis 21:19And God opened her eyes: and she saw a well of water, and went and filled the bottle, and gave the boy to drink. And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water: and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink. And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went and filled the flask with water, and gave the lad drink.

Genesis 21:23Swear therefore by God, that thou wilt not hurt me, nor my posterity, nor my stock: but according to the kindness that I have done to thee, thou shalt do to me, and to the land wherein thou hast lived a stranger. Now therefore swear to me here by God, that thou wilt not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my son's son: but according to the kindness that I have done to thee, thou shalt do to me, and to the land in which thou hast sojourned. And now swear to me here by God that thou wilt not deal deceitfully with me, nor with my son, nor with my grandson. According to the kindness that I have done to thee, thou shalt do to me, and to the land in which thou sojournest.
Genesis 21:24And Abraham said: I will swear. And Abraham said, I will swear. And Abraham said, I will swear.

Genesis 21:26And Abimelech answered: I knew not who did this thing: and thou didst not tell me, and I heard not of it till today. And Abimelech said, I know not who hath done this thing: neither didst thou tell me, neither yet have I heard of it, but to-day.And Abimelech said, I do not know who has done this, neither hast thou told me [of it], neither have I heard [of it] but to-day.

Genesis 21:30But he said: Thou shalt take seven ewe lambs at my hand: that they may be a testimony for me, that I dug this well. And he said, For these seven ewe-lambs shalt thou take from my hand, that they may be a witness to me, that I have digged this well. And he said, That thou take the seven ewe-lambs of my hand, that they may be a witness to me that I have dug this well.
