A certain man planted a vineyard, and set a hedge about it, and digged a place for the wine-vat, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country. And he began to say to them in parables, A man planted a vineyard, and made a fence round [it] and dug a wine-vat, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and left the country.

Mark 12:5And again he sent another, and him they killed: and many others, of whom some they beat, and others they killed. And again he sent another; and him they killed, and many others; beating some, and killing some. And [again] he sent another, and him they killed; and many others, beating some and killing some.
Mark 12:6Therefore having yet one son, most dear to him; he also sent him unto them last of all, saying: They will reverence my son.Having yet therefore one son, his well-beloved, he sent him also last to them, saying, They will reverence my son.Having yet therefore one beloved son, he sent also him to them the last, saying, They will have respect for my son.
Mark 12:7But the husbandmen said one to another: This is the heir; come let us kill him; and the inheritance shall be ours. But those husbandmen said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance will be ours. But those husbandmen said to one another, This is the heir: come, let us kill him and the inheritance will be ours.
Mark 12:8And laying hold on him, they killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard. And they took him, and killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard. And they took him and killed him, and cast him forth out of the vineyard.
Mark 12:9What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy those husbandmen; and will give the vineyard to others. What therefore will the Lord of the vineyard do? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard to others. What therefore shall the lord of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard to others.

And they left him and went away.
Mark 12:13And they sent to him some of the Pharisees and of the Herodians; that they should catch him in his words. And they sent to him certain of the Pharisees, and of the Herodians, to catch him in his words. And they send to him certain of the Pharisees and of the Herodians, that they might catch him in speaking.
Mark 12:14Who coming, say to him: Master, we know that thou art a true speaker, and carest not for any man; for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth. Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar; or shall we not give it?And when they had come, they say to him, Master, we know that thou art true, and carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Cesar, or not?And they come and say to him, Teacher, we know that thou art true, and carest not for any one; for thou regardest not men's person, but teachest the way of God with truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar or not?
Mark 12:15Who knowing their wiliness, saith to them: Why tempt you me? bring me a penny that I may see it.Shall we give, or shall we not give? But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said to them, Why tempt ye me? bring me a penny, that I may see it.Should we give, or should we not give? Mark 12:36For David himself saith by the Holy Ghost: The Lord said to my Lord, Sit on my right hand, until I make thy enemies thy footstool. For David himself said by the Holy Spirit, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thy enemies thy footstool.[for] David himself said [speaking] in the Holy Spirit, The Lord said to my Lord, Sit on my right hand until I put thine enemies [as] footstool of thy feet.
Mark 12:37David therefore himself calleth him Lord, and whence is he then his son? And the mass of the people heard him gladly.
