Exodus 37:1And Beseleel made also the ark of setim wood: it was two cubits and a half in length, and a cubit and a half in breadth, and the height was of one cubit and a half: and he overlaid it with the purest gold within and without.Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood. Its length was two and a half cubits, and its breadth a cubit and a half, and a cubit and a half its height.
Exodus 37:2And he made to it a crown of gold round about,He overlaid it with pure gold inside and outside, and made a molding of gold for it round about.
Exodus 37:3Casting four rings of gold at the four corners thereof: two rings in one side, and two in the other.He cast four rings of gold for it, in its four feet; even two rings on its one side, and two rings on its other side.
Exodus 37:4And he made bars of setim wood, which he overlaid with gold,He made poles of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold.
Exodus 37:5And he put them into the rings that were at the sides of the ark to carry it.He put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to bear the ark.
Exodus 37:6He made also the propitiatory, that is, the oracle, of the purest gold, two cubits and a half in length, and a cubit and a half in breadth.He made a mercy seat of pure gold. Its length was two and a half cubits, and a cubit and a half its breadth.
Exodus 37:7Two cherubims also of beaten gold, which he set on the two sides of the propitiatory:He made two cherubim of gold. He made them of beaten work them, at the two ends of the mercy seat;
Exodus 37:8One cherub in the top of one side, and the other cherub in the top of the other side: two cherubims at the two ends of the propitiatory,one cherub at the one end, and one cherub at the other end. He made the cherubim of one piece with the mercy seat at its two ends.
Exodus 37:9Spreading their wings, and covering the propitiatory, and looking one towards the other, and towards it.The cherubim spread out their wings on high, covering the mercy seat with their wings, with their faces toward one another. The faces of the cherubim were toward the mercy seat.
Exodus 37:10He made also the table of setim wood, in length two cubits, and in breadth one cubit, and in height it was a cubit and a half.He made the table of acacia wood. Its length was two cubits, and its breadth was a cubit, and its height was a cubit and a half.
Exodus 37:11And he overlaid it with the finest gold, and he made to it a golden ledge round about.He overlaid it with pure gold, and made a gold molding around it.
Exodus 37:12And to the ledge itself he made a polished crown of gold, of four fingers' breadth, and upon the same another golden crown.He made a border of a handbreadth around it, and made a golden molding on its border around it.
Exodus 37:13And he cast four rings of gold, which he put in the four corners at each foot of the table,He cast four rings of gold for it, and put the rings in the four corners that were on its four feet.
Exodus 37:14Over against the crown: and he put the bars into them, that the table might be carried.The rings were close by the border, the places for the poles to carry the table.
Exodus 37:15And the bars also themselves he made of setim wood, and overlaid them with gold,He made the poles of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold, to carry the table.
Exodus 37:16And the vessels for the divers uses of the table, dishes, bowls, and cups, and censers of pure gold, wherein the libations are to be offered.He made the vessels which were on the table, its dishes, its spoons, its bowls, and its pitchers with which to pour out, of pure gold.
Exodus 37:17He made also the candlestick of beaten work of the finest gold. From the shaft whereof its branches, its cups, and bowls, and lilies came out:He made the lampstand of pure gold. He made the lampstand of beaten work. Its base, its shaft, its cups, it buds, and its flowers were of one piece with it.
Exodus 37:18Six on the two sides: three branches on one side, and three on the other.There were six branches going out of its sides: three branches of the lampstand out of its one side, and three branches of the lampstand out of its other side:
Exodus 37:19Three cups in manner of a nut on each branch, and bowls withal and lilies; and three cups of the fashion of a nut in another branch, and bowls withal and lilies. The work of the six branches that went out from the shaft of the candlestick was equal.three cups made like almond-blossoms in one branch, a bud and a flower, and three cups made like almond-blossoms in the other branch, a bud and a flower: so for the six branches going out of the lampstand.
Exodus 37:20And in the shaft itself were four cups after the manner of a nut, and bowls withal at every one, and lilies:In the lampstand were four cups made like almond-blossoms, its buds and its flowers;
Exodus 37:21And bowls under two branches in three places, which together make six branches going out from one shaft.and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, and a bud under two branches of one piece with it, for the six branches going out of it.
Exodus 37:22So both the bowls, and the branches were of the same, all beaten work of the purest gold.Their buds and their branches were of one piece with it. The whole thing was one beaten work of pure gold.
Exodus 37:23He made also the seven lamps with their snuffers, and the vessels where the snuffings were to be put out, of the purest gold.He made its seven lamps, and its snuffers, and its snuff dishes, of pure gold.
Exodus 37:24The candlestick with all the vessels thereof weighed a talent of gold.He made it of a talent of pure gold, with all its vessels.
Exodus 37:25He made also the altar of incense of setim wood, being a cubit on every side foursquare, and in height two cubits: from the corners of which went out horns.He made the altar of incense of acacia wood. It was square: its length was a cubit, and its breadth a cubit. Its height was two cubits. Its horns were of one piece with it.
Exodus 37:26And he overlaid it with the purest gold, with its grate and the sides, and the horns.He overlaid it with pure gold, its top, its sides around it, and its horns. He made a gold molding around it.
Exodus 37:27And he made to it a crown of gold round about, and two golden rings under the crown at each side, that the bars might be put into them, and the altar be carried.He made two golden rings for it under its molding crown, on its two ribs, on its two sides, for places for poles with which to carry it.
Exodus 37:28And the bars themselves he made also of setim wood, and overlaid them with plates of gold.He made the poles of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold.
Exodus 37:29He compounded also the oil for the ointment of sanctification, and incense of the purest spices, according to the work of a perfumer.He made the holy anointing oil and the pure incense of sweet spices, after the art of the perfumer.
