| Zechariah 2:1 | And I lifted up my eyes, and saw, and behold a man, with a measuring line in his hand. | | And I lift up mine eyes, and look, and lo, a man, and in his hand a measuring line. |
| Zechariah 2:2 | And I said: Whither goest thou? and he said to me: To measure Jerusalem, and to see how great is the breadth thereof, and how great the length thereof. | | And I say, `Whither are thou going?` And he saith unto me, `To measure Jerusalem, to see how much [is] its breadth, and how much its length.` |
