| Acts 10:22 | Who said: Cornelius, a centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and having good testimony from all the nation of the Jews, received an answer of an holy angel, to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee. | They said, "Cornelius a centurion, a righteous man and one who fears God, and well spoken of by all the nation of the Jews, was directed by a holy angel to invite you to his house, and to listen to what you say. | And they said, Cornelius, a centurion, a righteous man, and fearing God, and borne witness to by the whole nation of the Jews, has been divinely instructed by a holy angel to send for thee to his house, and hear words from thee. |

| Acts 10:29 | For which cause, making no doubt, I came when I was sent for. I ask, therefore, for what cause you have sent for me? | Therefore also I came without complaint when I was sent for. I ask therefore, why did you send for me?" | Wherefore also, having been sent for, I came without saying anything against it. I inquire therefore for what reason ye have sent for me. |
