| Galatians 3:1 | O senseless Galatians, who hath bewitched you that you should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been set forth, crucified among you? | Foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you not to obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was openly set forth among you as crucified? | O senseless Galatians, who has bewitched you; to whom, as before your very eyes, Jesus Christ has been portrayed, crucified [among you]? |
| Galatians 3:2 | This only would I learn of you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? | I just want to learn this from you. Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith? | This only I wish to learn of you, Have ye received the Spirit on the principle of works of law, or of [the] report of faith? |
