For out of that well they watered the flocks. The stone on the well's mouth was great. | And he looked, and behold, there was a well in the fields, and behold there, three flocks of sheep were lying by it; for out of that well they watered the flocks, and a great stone was at the mouth of the well. |

Genesis 29:7 | And Jacob said: There is yet much day remaining, neither is it time to bring the flocks into the folds again: first give the sheep drink, and so lead them back to feed. | He said, "Behold, it is still the middle of the day, not time to gather the cattle together. Water the sheep, and go and feed them." | And he said, Behold, it is yet high day; it is not time that the cattle should be gathered together; water the sheep, and go, feed [them]. |
Genesis 29:8 | They answered: We cannot, till all the cattle be gathered together, and we remove the stone from the well's mouth, that we may water the flocks. | They said, We can't, until all the flocks are gathered together, and they roll the stone from the well's mouth. Then we water the sheep." | And they said, We cannot until all the flocks are gathered together, and they roll the stone from the mouth of the well, and we water the sheep. |

Tell me what wages thou wilt have. | Laban said to Jacob, "Because you are my brother, should you therefore serve me for nothing? Tell me, what will your wages be?" | And Laban said to Jacob, Because thou art my brother, shouldest thou serve me for nothing? tell me, what shall be thy wages? |

And he said to Laban, What is this thou hast done to me? Have I not served thee for Rachel? Why then hast thou deceived me? |
