Matthew 24:1And Jesus being come out of the temple, went away. And his disciples came to shew him the buildings of the temple.Jesus went out from the temple, and was going on his way. His disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple.And Jesus went forth and went away from the temple, and his disciples came to [him] to point out to him the buildings of the temple.
Matthew 24:2And he answering, said to them: Do you see all these things? Amen I say to you there shall not be left here a stone upon a stone that shall not be destroyed.But he answered them, "Don't you see all of these things? Most assuredly I tell you, there will not be left here one stone on another, that will not be thrown down."And he answering said to them, Do ye not see all these things? Verily I say to you, Not a stone shall be left here upon a stone which shall not be thrown down.
Matthew 24:3And when he was sitting on mount Olivet, the disciples came to him privately, saying: Tell us when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the consummation of the world?As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things be? What is the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world?"And as he was sitting upon the mount of Olives the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be, and what is the sign of thy coming and [the] completion of the age?
Matthew 24:4And Jesus answering, said to them: Take heed that no man seduce you:Jesus answered them, "Be careful that no one leads you astray.And Jesus answering said to them, See that no one mislead you.
Matthew 24:5For many will come in my name saying, I am Christ: and they will seduce many.For many will come in my name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and will lead many astray.For many shall come in my name, saying, *I* am the Christ, and they shall mislead many.
Matthew 24:6And you shall hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that ye be not troubled. For these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you aren't troubled, for all this must happen, but the end is not yet.But ye will hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that ye be not disturbed; for all [these things] must take place, but it is not yet the end.
Matthew 24:7For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be pestilences, and famines, and earthquakes in places:For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be famines, plagues, and earthquakes in various places.For nation shall rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines and pestilences, and earthquakes in divers places.
Matthew 24:8Now all these are the beginnings of sorrows.But all these things are the beginning of birth pains.But all these [are the] beginning of throes.
Matthew 24:9Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall put you to death: and you shall be hated by all nations for my name's sake.Then they will deliver you up to oppression, and will kill you. You will be hated by all of the nations for my name's sake.Then shall they deliver you up to tribulation, and shall kill you; and ye will be hated of all the nations for my name's sake.
Matthew 24:10And then shall many be scandalized: and shall betray one another: and shall hate one another.Then will many stumble, and will deliver up one another, and will hate one another.And then will many be offended, and will deliver one another up, and hate one another;
Matthew 24:11And many false prophets shall rise, and shall seduce many.Many false prophets will arise, and will lead many astray.and many false prophets shall arise and shall mislead many;
Matthew 24:12And because iniquity hath abounded, the charity of many shall grow cold.Because iniquity will be multiplied, the love of many will grow cold.and because lawlessness shall prevail, the love of the most shall grow cold;
Matthew 24:13But he that shall persevere to the end, he shall be saved.But he who endures to the end, the same will be saved.but he that has endured to the end, *he* shall be saved.
Matthew 24:14And this gospel of the kingdom, shall be preached in the whole world, for a testimony to all nations, and then shall the consummation come.This gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.And these glad tidings of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole habitable earth, for a witness to all the nations, and then shall come the end.
Matthew 24:15When therefore you shall see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place: he that readeth let him understand.When, therefore, you see the abomination of desolation, which was spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (let the reader understand),When therefore ye shall see the abomination of desolation, which is spoken of through Daniel the prophet, standing in [what is a] holy place, (he that reads let him understand,)
Matthew 24:16Then they that are in Judea, let them flee to the mountains:then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains.then let those who are in Judaea flee to the mountains;
Matthew 24:17And he that is on the housetop, let him not come down to take any thing out of his house:Let him who is on the housetop not go down to take out things that are in his house.let not him that is on the house come down to take the things out of his house;
Matthew 24:18And he that is in the field, let him not go back to take his coat.Let him who is in the field not return back to take his cloak.and let not him that is in the field turn back to take his garment.
Matthew 24:19And woe to them that are with child, and that give suck in those days.But woe to those who are with child and to nursing mothers in those days!But woe to those that are with child, and those that give suck in those days.
Matthew 24:20But pray that your flight be not in the winter, or on the sabbath.Pray that your flight will not be in the winter, nor on a Sabbath,But pray that your flight may not be in winter time nor on sabbath:
Matthew 24:21For there shall be then great tribulation, such as hath not been from the beginning of the world until now, neither shall be.for then will be great oppression, such as has not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, nor ever will be.for then shall there be great tribulation, such as has not been from [the] beginning of [the] world until now, nor ever shall be;
Matthew 24:22And unless those days had been shortened, no flesh should be saved: but for the sake of the elect those days shall be shortened.Except those days had been shortened, no flesh would have been saved. But for the elect's sake, those days will be shortened.and if those days had not been cut short, no flesh had been saved; but on account of the elect those days shall be cut short.
Matthew 24:23Then if any man shall say to you: Lo here is Christ, or there, do not believe him.Then if any man will tell you, 'Behold, here is the Christ,' or, 'There,' don't believe it.Then if any one say to you, Behold, here is the Christ, or here, believe [it] not.
Matthew 24:24For there shall arise false Christs and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders, insomuch as to deceive (if possible) even the elect.For there will arise false Christs, and false prophets, and they will show great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall give great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect.
Matthew 24:25Behold I have told it to you, beforehand.Behold, I have told you beforehand.Behold, I have told you beforehand.
Matthew 24:26If therefore they shall say to you: Behold he is in the desert, go ye not out: Behold he is in the closets, believe it not.If therefore they tell you, 'Behold, he is in the wilderness!' don't go out; 'Behold, he is in the inner chambers,' don't believe it.If therefore they say to you, Behold, he is in the desert, go not forth; behold, [he is] in the inner chambers, do not believe [it].
Matthew 24:27For as lightning cometh out of the east, and appeareth even into the west: so shall the coming of the Son of man be.For as the lightning comes forth from the east, and is seen even to the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.For as the lightning goes forth from the east and shines to the west, so shall be the coming of the Son of man.
Matthew 24:28Wheresoever the body shall be, there shall the eagles also be gathered together.For wherever the carcass is, there will the vultures be gathered together.[For] wherever the carcase is, there will be gathered the eagles.
Matthew 24:29And immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun shall be darkened and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of heaven shall be moved:But immediately after the oppression of those days, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give her light, the stars will fall from the sky, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken;But immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.
Matthew 24:30And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all tribes of the earth mourn: and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with much power and majesty.and then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky. Then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory.And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven; and then shall all the tribes of the land lament, and they shall see the Son of man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Matthew 24:31And he shall send his angels with a trumpet, and a great voice: and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the farthest parts of the heavens to the utmost bounds of them.He will send forth his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.And he shall send his angels with a great sound of trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from [the one] extremity of [the] heavens to [the other] extremity of them.
Matthew 24:32And from the fig tree learn a parable: When the branch thereof is now tender, and the leaves come forth, you know that summer is nigh."Now from the fig tree learn her parable. When its branch has now become tender, and puts forth its leaves, you know that the summer is near.But learn the parable from the fig-tree: When already its branch becomes tender and produces leaves, ye know that the summer is near.
Matthew 24:33So you also, when you shall see all these things, know ye that it is nigh, even at the doors.Even so you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.Thus also *ye*, when ye see all these things, know that it is near, at the doors.
Matthew 24:34Amen I say to you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.Most assuredly I tell you, this generation will not pass away, until all these things are accomplished.Verily I say to you, This generation will not have passed away until all these things shall have taken place.
Matthew 24:35Heaven and earth shall pass, but my words shall not pass.Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall in no wise pass away.
Matthew 24:36But of that day and hour no one knoweth, not the angels of heaven, but the Father alone.But no one knows of that day and hour, not even the angels of heaven, but my Father only.But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of the heavens, but [my] Father alone.
Matthew 24:37And as in the days of Noe, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.As the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.But as the days of Noe, so also shall be the coming of the Son of man.
Matthew 24:38For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, even till that day in which Noe entered into the ark,For as in those days which were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,For as they were in the days which were before the flood, eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day on which Noe entered into the ark,
Matthew 24:39And they knew not till the flood came, and took them all away; so also shall the coming of the Son of man be.and they didn't know until the flood came, and took them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.and they knew not till the flood came and took all away; thus also shall be the coming of the Son of man.

Matthew 24:42Watch ye therefore, because ye know not what hour your Lord will come.Watch therefore, for you don't know in what hour your Lord comes.Watch therefore, for ye know not in what hour your Lord comes.
Matthew 24:43But know this ye, that if the goodman of the house knew at what hour the thief would come, he would certainly watch, and would not suffer his house to be broken open.But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have watched, and would not have allowed his house to be broken into.But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have watched and not have suffered his house to be dug through [into].
Matthew 24:44Wherefore be you also ready, because at what hour you know not the Son of man will come.Therefore also be ready, for in an hour that you don't expect, the Son of Man will come.Wherefore *ye* also, be ye ready, for in that hour that ye think not the Son of man comes.
Matthew 24:45Who, thinkest thou, is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath appointed over his family, to give them meat in season.Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom his lord has set over his household, to give them their food in due season?Who then is the faithful and prudent bondman whom his lord has set over his household, to give them food in season?
Matthew 24:46Blessed is that servant, whom when his lord shall come he shall find so doing.Blessed is that servant, whom his lord will find doing so when he comes.Blessed is that bondman whom his lord on coming shall find doing thus.
Matthew 24:47Amen I say to you, he shall place him over all his goods.Most assuredly I tell you, that he will set him over all that he has.Verily I say unto you, that he will set him over all his substance.
Matthew 24:48But if that evil servant shall say in his heart: My lord is long a coming:But if that evil servant should say in his heart, 'My lord is delaying his coming,'But if that evil bondman should say in his heart, My lord delays to come,
Matthew 24:49And shall begin to strike his fellow servants, and shall eat and drink with drunkards:and began to beat his fellow-servants, and eat and drink with the drunken,and begin to beat his fellow-bondmen, and eat and drink with the drunken;
Matthew 24:50The lord of that servant shall come in a day that he hopeth not, and at an hour that he knoweth not:the lord of that servant will come in a day when he doesn't expect it, and in an hour when he doesn't know it,the lord of that bondman shall come in a day when he does not expect it, and in an hour he knows not of,
Matthew 24:51And shall separate him, and appoint his portion with the hypocrites. There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.and will cut him in pieces, and appoint his portion with the hypocrites; there is where the weeping and grinding of teeth will be.and shall cut him in two and appoint his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
