| Matthew 7:1 | Judge not, that you may not be judged, | `Judge not, that ye may not be judged, | "Judge not, that you may not be judged; |
| Matthew 7:2 | For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again. | for in what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged, and in what measure ye measure, it shall be measured to you. | for your own judgement will be dealt and your own measure meted to yourselves. |
| Matthew 7:3 | Any why seest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye; and seest not the beam that is in thy own eye? | `And why dost thou behold the mote that [is] in thy brother`s eye, and the beam that [is] in thine own eye dost not consider? | And why do you look at the splinter in your brother's eye, and not notice the beam which is in your own eye? |
| Matthew 7:4 | Or how sayest thou to thy brother: Let me cast the mote out of thy eye; and behold a beam is in thy own eye? | or, how wilt thou say to thy brother, Suffer I may cast out the mote from thine eye, and lo, the beam [is] in thine own eye? | Or how say to your brother, `Allow me to take the splinter out of your eye,' while the beam is in your own eye? |

| Matthew 7:17 | Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, and the evil tree bringeth forth evil fruit. | so every good tree doth yield good fruits, but the bad tree doth yield evil fruits. | Just so every good tree produces good fruit, but a poisonous tree produces bad fruit. |
