| John 16:1 | These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended. | These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be caused to stumble. | These things have I spoken to you, that you may not be scandalized. |
| John 16:2 | They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. | They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the hour cometh, that whosoever killeth you shall think that he offereth service unto God. | They will put you out of the synagogues: yea, the hour cometh, that whosoever killeth you, will think that he doth a service to God. |
