| Hebrews 3:1 | Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus; | Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of [the] heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Jesus, | Therefore, holy brethren, sharers with others in a heavenly invitation, fix your thoughts on Jesus, the Apostle and High Priest whose followers we profess to be. |
| Hebrews 3:2 | Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house. | who is faithful to him that has constituted him, as Moses also in all his house. | How faithful He was to Him who appointed Him, just as Moses also was faithful in all God's house! |

| Hebrews 3:18 | And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not? | And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to those who had not hearkened to the word? | And to whom did He swear that they should not be admitted to His rest, if it was not to those who were disobedient? |
| Hebrews 3:19 | So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. | And we see that they could not enter in on account of unbelief;) | And so we see that it was owing to lack of faith that they could not be admitted. |
