| Matthew 24:1 | And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. | Jesus had left the Temple and was going on His way, when His disciples came and called His attention to the Temple buildings. | And Jesus went out from the temple, and was going on his way; and his disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple. |
| Matthew 24:2 | And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. | "You see all these?" | Matthew 24:3 | And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? | Afterwards He was on the Mount of Olives and was seated there when the disciples came to Him, apart from the others, and said, "Tell us when this will be; and what will be the sign of your Coming and of the Close of the Age?" | And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what [shall be] the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? |
