| Hebrews 10:1 | For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. | For the law having a shadow of the coming good things not the very image of the matters, every year, by the same sacrifices that they offer continually, is never able to make perfect those coming near, | For the law having a shadow of the good things to come, not the very image of the things; by the selfsame sacrifices which they offer continually every year, can never make the comers thereunto perfect: |
| Hebrews 10:2 | For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins. | since, would they not have ceased to be offered, because of those serving having no more conscience of sins, having once been purified? | For then they would have ceased to be offered: because the worshippers once cleansed should have no conscience of sin any longer: |
| Hebrews 10:3 | But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year. | but in those [sacrifices] is a remembrance of sins every year, | But in them there is made a commemoration of sins every year. |

I will give my laws in their hearts, and on their minds will I write them: |

| Hebrews 10:29 | Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? | of how much sorer punishment shall he be counted worthy who the Son of God did trample on, and the blood of the covenant did count a common thing, in which he was sanctified, and to the Spirit of the grace did despite? | How much more, do you think he deserveth worse punishments, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath esteemed the blood of the testament unclean, by which he was sanctified, and hath offered an affront to the Spirit of grace? |
