Acts 7:1 | Then said the high priest, Are these things so? | Then the high priest said, Are these things true? | And the chief priest said, `Are then these things so?` |
Acts 7:2 | And he said, Men, brethren, and fathers, hearken; The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham when he was in Mesopotamia, before he dwelt in Charran, | And he said, My brothers and fathers, give hearing. The God of glory came to our father Abraham, when he was in Mesopotamia, before he was living in Haran, | and he said, `Men, brethren, and fathers, hearken: The God of the glory did appear to our father Abraham, being in Mesopotamia, before his dwelling in Haran, |
Acts 7:3 | And said to him, Depart from thy country, and from thy kindred, and come into the land which I shall show thee. | And said to him, Go out of your land, and away from your family, and come into the land to which I will be your guide. | and He said to him, Go forth out of thy land, and out of thy kindred, and come to a land that I shall shew thee. |

Acts 7:8 | And he gave him the covenant of circumcision. And so Abraham begat Isaac, and circumcised him the eighth day; and Isaac begat Jacob, and Jacob begat the twelve patriarchs. | And he made with him the agreement of which circumcision was the sign. Acts 7:25 | For he supposed his brethren to understand that God by his hand would deliver them: but they understood not. | And he was hoping that his brothers would see that God had sent him to be their saviour; but they did not see. | and he was supposing his brethren to understand that God through his hand doth give salvation; and they did not understand. |

Acts 7:28 | Wilt thou kill me, as thou didst the Egyptian yesterday? | Will you put me to death as you did the Egyptian yesterday? | to kill me dost thou wish, as thou didst kill yesterday the Egyptian? |
Acts 7:29 | Then Moses fled at this saying, and was a stranger in the land of Madian, where he begat two sons. | And at these words, Moses went in flight to the land of Midian, and was living there for a time, and had two sons. | `And Moses fled at this word, and became a sojourner in the land of Midian, where he begat two sons, |
