Acts 15:1And certain men who came down from Judea, taught the brethren, and said, Except ye be circumcised after the manner of Moses, ye cannot be saved.And some coming down from Judea, taught the brethren: That except you be circumcised after the manner of Moses, you cannot be saved.And certain persons, having come down from Judaea, taught the brethren, If ye shall not have been circumcised according to the custom of Moses, ye cannot be saved.
Acts 15:2When therefore Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and disputation with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain others of them, should go to Jerusalem to the apostles and elders about this question.And when Paul and Barnabas had no small contest with them, they determined that Paul and Barnabas, and certain others of the other side, should go up to the apostles and priests to Jerusalem about this question.A commotion therefore having taken place, and no small discussion on the part of Paul and Barnabas against them, they arranged that Paul and Barnabas, and certain others from amongst them, should go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and elders about this question.
Acts 15:3And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice, and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy to all the brethren.They therefore being brought on their way by the church, passed through Phenice, and Samaria, relating the conversion of the Gentiles; and they caused great joy to all the brethren.They therefore, having been set on their way by the assembly, passed through Phoenicia and Samaria, relating the conversion of [those of] the nations. And they caused great joy to all the brethren.
Acts 15:4And when they had come to Jerusalem, they were received by the church, and by the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done with them.And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received by the church, and by the apostles and ancients, declaring how great things God had done with them.And being arrived at Jerusalem, they were received by the assembly, and the apostles, and the elders, and related all that God had wrought with them.
Acts 15:5But there rose certain of the sect of the Pharisees, who believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.But there arose some of the sect of the Pharisees that believed, saying: They must be circumcised, and be commanded to observe the law of Moses.And some of those who were of the sect of the Pharisees, who believed, rose up from among [them], saying that they ought to circumcise them and enjoin them to keep the law of Moses.
Acts 15:6And the apostles and elders came together to consider of this matter.And the apostles and ancients assembled to consider of this matter.And the apostles and the elders were gathered together to see about this matter.
Acts 15:7And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose and said to them, Men, brethren, ye know that a good while ago, God made choice among us, that the Gentiles, by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.And when there had been much disputing, Peter, rising up, said to them: Men, brethren, you know, that in former days God made choice among us, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.And much discussion having taken place, Peter, standing up, said to them, Brethren, *ye* know that from the earliest days God amongst you chose that the nations by my mouth should hear the word of the glad tidings and believe.
Acts 15:8And God, who knoweth the hearts, bore them witness, giving to them the Holy Spirit, even as he did to us:And God, who knoweth the hearts, gave testimony, giving unto them the Holy Ghost, as well as to us;And the heart-knowing God bore them witness, giving [them] the Holy Spirit as to us also,

Acts 15:12Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought by them among the Gentiles.And all the multitude held their peace; and they heard Barnabas and Paul telling what great signs and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles by them.And all the multitude kept silence and listened to Barnabas and Paul relating all the signs and wonders which God had wrought among the nations by them.
Acts 15:13And after they held their peace, James answered, saying, Men, brethren, hearken to me.And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying: Men, brethren, hear me.And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Brethren, listen to me:
Acts 15:14Simeon hath declared how God at the first visited the Gentiles to take from among them a people for his name.Simon hath related how God first visited to take of the Gentiles a people to his name.Simon has related how God first visited to take out of [the] nations a people for his name.

Acts 15:16After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins of it; and I will set it up:After these things I will return, and will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and the ruins thereof I will rebuild, and I will set it up:After these things I will return, and will rebuild the tabernacle of David which is fallen, and will rebuild its ruins, and will set it up,

Acts 15:18Known to God are all his works from the beginning of the world.To the Lord was his own work known from the beginning of the world.known from eternity.
Acts 15:19Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, who from among the Gentiles are turned to God:For which cause I judge that they, who from among the Gentiles are converted to God, are not to be disquieted.Wherefore *I* judge, not to trouble those who from the nations turn to God;

Acts 15:24Forasmuch as we have heard, that certain who went out from us, have troubled you with words, subverting your souls, saying, Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law; to whom we gave no such commandment:Forasmuch as we have heard, that some going out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls; to whom we gave no commandment:Inasmuch as we have heard that some who went out from amongst us have troubled you by words, upsetting your souls, [saying that ye must be circumcised and keep the law]; to whom we gave no commandment;
Acts 15:25It seemed good to us, being assembled with one accord, to send chosen men to you, with our beloved Barnabas and Paul:It hath seemed good to us, being assembled together, to choose out men, and to send them unto you, with our well beloved Barnabas and Paul:it seemed good to us, having arrived at a common judgment, to send chosen men to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,

Acts 15:29That ye abstain from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from lewdness: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye will do well. Acts 15:30So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had convened the multitude, they delivered the epistle.They therefore being dismissed, went down to Antioch; and gathering together the multitude, delivered the epistle.They therefore, being let go, came to Antioch, and having gathered the multitude delivered to [them] the epistle.
Acts 15:31Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.And having read it, they rejoiced at the consolation.

Acts 15:33And after they had tarried there a time, they were dismissed in peace from the brethren to the apostles.And after they had spent some time there, they were let go with peace by the brethren, unto them that had sent them.And having passed some time [there], they were let go in peace from the brethren to those who sent them.
Acts 15:34Notwithstanding, it pleased Silas to abide there still.But it seemed good unto Silas to remain there; and Judas alone departed to Jerusalem.
Acts 15:35Paul also and Barnabas continued in Antioch, teaching and preaching the word of the Lord, with many others also.And Paul and Barnabas continued at Antioch, teaching and preaching, with many others, the word of the Lord.And Paul and Barnabas stayed in Antioch, teaching and announcing the glad tidings, with many others also, of the word of the Lord.
Acts 15:36And some days after, Paul said to Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren, in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they do.And after some days, Paul said to Barnabas: Let us return and visit our brethren in all the cities wherein we have preached the word of the Lord, to see how they do.But after certain days Paul said to Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city where we have announced the word of the Lord, [and see] how they are getting on.
Acts 15:37And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark.And Barnabas would have taken with them John also, that was surnamed Mark;And Barnabas proposed to take with [them] John also, called Mark;
Acts 15:38But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work.But Paul desired that he (as having departed from them out of Pamphylia, and not gone with them to the work) might not be received.but Paul thought it not well to take with them him who had abandoned them, [going back] from Pamphylia, and had not gone with them to the work.
Acts 15:39And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed, separating one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed to Cyprus.And there arose a dissension, so that they departed one from another; and Barnabas indeed taking Mark, sailed to Cyprus.There arose therefore very warm feeling, so that they separated from one another; and Barnabas taking Mark sailed away to Cyprus;
Acts 15:40And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being commended by the brethren to the grace of God.But Paul choosing Silas, departed, being delivered by the brethren to the grace of God.but Paul having chosen Silas went forth, committed by the brethren to the grace of God.
Acts 15:41And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the churches.And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the churches, commanding them to keep the precepts of the apostles and the ancients.And he passed through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the assemblies.
