| Exodus 31:10 | And the clothes of service, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest's office, | The holy vestments in the ministry for Aaron the priest, and for his sons, that they may execute their office about the sacred things: | |
| Exodus 31:11 | And the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place: according to all that I have commanded thee, shall they do. | The oil of unction, and the incense of spices in the sanctuary, all things which I have commanded thee, shall they make. | |

| Exodus 31:13 | Speak thou also to the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that ye may know that I am the LORD that doth sanctify you. | Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them: See that thou keep my sabbath: because it is a sign between me and you in your generations: that you may know that I am the Lord, who sanctify you. | |
| Exodus 31:14 | Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore: for it is holy to you. Every one that profaneth it shall surely be put to death: for whoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people. | Keep you my sabbath: for it is holy unto you: he that shall profane it, shall be put to death: he that shall do my work in it, his soul shall perish out of the midst of his people. | |
| Exodus 31:15 | Six days may work be done, but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whoever doeth any work in the sabbath-day, he shall surely be put to death. | Six days shall you do work: in the seventh day is the sabbath, the rest holy to the Lord.
