Matthew 6:1Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen by them: otherwise ye have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. "Be careful that you don't do your charitable giving before men, to be seen by them, or else you have no reward with your Father who is in heaven.
Matthew 6:2Therefore, when thou doest thy alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do, in the synagogues, and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Verily, I say to you, they have their reward.Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. Therefore when you do merciful deeds, don't sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may get glory from men. Most assuredly, I tell you, they have received their reward.

Matthew 6:4That thy alms may be in secret; and thy Father who seeth in secret, himself will reward thee openly.That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly. so that your merciful deeds may be in secret, then your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

Matthew 6:27Which of you by anxious care can add one cubit to his stature?Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one cubit to the measure of his life?

Matthew 6:31Therefore be not anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or what shall we drink? or, with what shall we be clothed?Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?'

Matthew 6:34Therefore be not anxious for the morrow: for the morrow will be solicitous for the things of itself. Sufficient to the day is its own evil.Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
