| John 14:2 | In my Father's house there are many resting-places. Were it otherwise, I would have told you; for I am going to make ready a place for you. | In my Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. | in the house of my Father are many mansions; and if not, I would have told you; I go on to prepare a place for you; |
| John 14:3 | And if I go and make ready a place for you, I will return and take you to be with me, that where I am you also may be. | And if I go and prepare a place for you, I come again, and will receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also. | and if I go on and prepare for you a place, again do I come, and will receive you unto myself, that where I am ye also may be; |
