| Matthew 20:1 | "For the Kingdom of the Heavens is like an employer who went out early in the morning to hire men to work in his vineyard, | For the kingdom of heaven is like the master of a house, who went out early in the morning to get workers into his vine-garden. | `For the reign of the heavens is like to a man, a householder, who went forth with the morning to hire workmen for his vineyard, |
| Matthew 20:2 | and having made an agreement with them for a shilling a day, sent them into his vineyard. | And when he had made an agreement with the workmen for a penny a day, he sent them into his vine-garden. | and having agreed with the workmen for a denary a day, he sent them into his vineyard. |

Are you able to take of the cup which I am about to take? | And Jesus answering said, `Ye have not known what ye ask for yourselves; are ye able to drink of the cup that I am about to drink? and with the baptism that I am baptized with, to be baptized?` They say to him, `We are able.` |
