Matthew 24:3Afterwards He was on the Mount of Olives and was seated there when the disciples came to Him, apart from the others, and said, "Tell us when this will be; and what will be the sign of your Coming and of the Close of the Age?"And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when will these things be? and what will be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?And while he was seated on the Mountain of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, Make clear to us, when will these things be? and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the world?
Matthew 24:4"Take care that no one misleads you," answered Jesus;And Jesus answered and said to them, Take heed that no man deceive you.And Jesus said to them in answer, Take care that you are not tricked.
Matthew 24:5"for many will come assuming my name and saying `I am the Christ;' and they will mislead many.For many will come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and will deceive many.For people will come in my name, saying, I am the Christ; and a number will be turned from the true way through them.
Matthew 24:6And before long you will hear of wars and rumours of wars. Do not be alarmed, for such things must be; but the End is not yet.And ye will hear of wars, and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.And news will come to you of wars and talk of wars: do not be troubled, for these things have to be; but it is still not the end.
Matthew 24:7For nation will rise in arms against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places;For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there will be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes in divers places.For nation will be moved against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and men will be without food, and the earth will be shaking in different places;
Matthew 24:8but all these miseries are but like the early pains of childbirth.All these are the beginning of sorrows.But all these things are the first of the troubles.
Matthew 24:9"At that time they will deliver you up to punishment and will put you to death; and you will be objects of hatred to all the nations because you are called by my name.Then will they deliver you up to be afflicted, and will kill you: and ye will be hated by all nations for my name's sake.Then they will be cruel to you, and will put you to death: and you will be hated by all nations because of my name.
Matthew 24:10Then will many stumble and fall, and they will betray one another and hate one another.And then will many be offended, and will betray one another, and will hate one another.And numbers of people will be turned from the right way, and will give one another up and have hate for one another.

Matthew 24:15"When you have seen (to use the language of the Prophet Daniel) the `Abomination of Desolation', standing in the Holy Place" let the reader observe those wordsWhen therefore ye shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoever readeth, let him understand,)When, then, you see in the holy place the unclean thing which makes destruction, of which word was given by Daniel the prophet (let this be clear to the reader),

Matthew 24:21for it will be a time of great suffering, such as never has been from the beginning of the world till now, and assuredly never will be again.For then shall be great tribulation, such as hath not been since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.Because in those days there will be great sorrow, such as there has not been from the start of the world till now, or ever will be.
Matthew 24:22And if those days had not been cut short, no one would escape; but for the sake of God's own People those days will be cut short.And except those days should be shortened, there would no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.And if those days had not been made short there would have been no salvation for any, but because of the saints those days will be made short.
Matthew 24:23"If at that time any one should say to you, `See, here is the Christ!' or `Here!' give no credence to it.Then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.Then if any man says to you, See, here is the Christ, or, Here; do not put faith in him;

Matthew 24:32"Now learn from the fig-tree the lesson it teaches. As soon as its branches have now become soft and it is bursting into leaf, you all know that summer is near.Now learn a parable of the fig-tree; When its branch is yet tender and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:Now take an example from the fig-tree: when her branch has become soft and puts out its leaves, you are certain that the summer is near;
Matthew 24:33So you also, when you see all these signs, may be sure that He is near at your very door.So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.Even so, when you see all these things, you may be certain that he is near, even at the doors.
Matthew 24:34I tell you in solemn truth that the present generation will certainly not pass away without all these things having first taken place.Verily I say to you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things shall be fulfilled.Truly I say to you, This generation will not come to an end till all these things are complete.

Matthew 24:37`For as it was in the time of Noah, so it will be at the Coming of the Son of Man.But as the days of Noah were, so will also the coming of the Son of man be.And as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of man.
Matthew 24:38At that time, before the Deluge, men were busy eating and drinking, taking wives or giving them, up to the very day when Noah entered the Ark,For as in the days that were before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,Because as in those days before the overflowing of the waters, they were feasting and taking wives and getting married, till the day when Noah went into the ark,
Matthew 24:39nor did they realise any danger till the Deluge came and swept them all away; so will it be at the Coming of the Son of Man.And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away: so also will be the coming of the Son of man.And they had no care till the waters came and took them all away; so will be the coming of the Son of man.

Matthew 24:43But of this be assured, that if the master of the house had known the hour at which the robber was coming, he would have kept awake, and not have allowed his house to be broken into.But know this, that if the master of the house knew in what watch the thief would come, he would watch, and would not suffer his house to be broken up.But be certain of this, that if the master of the house had had knowledge of the time when the thief was coming, he would have been watching, and would not have let his house be broken into.
Matthew 24:44Therefore you also must be ready; for it is at a time when you do not expect Him that the Son of Man will come.Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not, the Son of man cometh.Be ready then; for at a time which you have no thought of the Son of man will come.
Matthew 24:45"Who therefore is the loyal and intelligent servant to whom his master has entrusted the control of his household to give them their rations at the appointed time?Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his Lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them food in due season?Who is the true and wise servant, whom his lord has put over those in his house, to give them their food at the right time?
