| Matthew 24:1 | Jesus had left the Temple and was going on His way, when His disciples came and called His attention to the Temple buildings. | Jesus went out from the temple, and was going on his way. His disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple. | And Jesus went forth and went away from the temple, and his disciples came to [him] to point out to him the buildings of the temple. |
| Matthew 24:2 | "You see all these?" He replied; "in solemn truth I tell you that there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be pulled down." | But he answered them, "Don't you see all of these things? Most assuredly I tell you, there will not be left here one stone on another, that will not be thrown down." | And he answering said to them, Do ye not see all these things? Verily I say to you, Not a stone shall be left here upon a stone which shall not be thrown down. |
| Matthew 24:3 | Afterwards He was on the Mount of Olives and was seated there when the disciples came to Him, apart from the others, and said, "Tell us when this will be; and what will be the sign of your Coming and of the Close of the Age?" | As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things be? What is the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world?" | And as he was sitting upon the mount of Olives the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be, and what is the sign of thy coming and [the] completion of the age? |
| Matthew 24:4 | "Take care that no one misleads you," answered Jesus; | Jesus answered them, "Be careful that no one leads you astray. | And Jesus answering said to them, See that no one mislead you. |
| Matthew 24:5 | "for many will come assuming my name and saying `I am the Christ;' and they will mislead many. | For many will come in my name, saying, 'I am the Christ,' and will lead many astray. | For many shall come in my name, saying, *I* am the Christ, and they shall mislead many. |
| Matthew 24:6 | And before long you will hear of wars and rumours of wars. Do not be alarmed, for such things must be; but the End is not yet. | You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you aren't troubled, for all this must happen, but the end is not yet. | But ye will hear of wars and rumours of wars. See that ye be not disturbed; for all [these things] must take place, but it is not yet the end. |
| Matthew 24:7 | For nation will rise in arms against nation, kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places; | For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be famines, plagues, and earthquakes in various places. | For nation shall rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines and pestilences, and earthquakes in divers places. |

| Matthew 24:13 | but those who stand firm to the End shall be saved. | But he who endures to the end, the same will be saved. | but he that has endured to the end, *he* shall be saved. |
| Matthew 24:14 | And this Good News of the Kingdom shall be proclaimed throughout the whole world to set the evidence before all the Gentiles; and then the End will come. | This gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come. | And these glad tidings of the kingdom shall be preached in the whole habitable earth, for a witness to all the nations, and then shall come the end. |
