| Luke 7:1 | After He had finished teaching all these things in the hearing of the people, He went into Capernaum. | And when he completed all his sayings in the ears of the people, he went into Capernaum; | And when he had completed all his words in the hearing of the people, he entered into Capernaum. |
| Luke 7:2 | Here the servant of a certain Captain, a man dear to his master, was ill and at the point of death; | and a certain centurion`s servant being ill, was about to die, who was much valued by him, | And a certain centurion's bondman who was dear to him was ill and about to die; |
