| Matthew 5:1 | Seeing the multitude of people, Jesus went up the Hill. There He seated Himself, and when His disciples came to Him, | And having seen the multitudes, he went up to the mount, and he having sat down, his disciples came to him, | But seeing the crowds, he went up into the mountain, and having sat down, his disciples came to him; |

| Matthew 5:20 | For I assure you that unless your righteousness greatly surpasses that of the Scribes and the Pharisees, you will certainly not find entrance into the Kingdom of the Heavens. | `For I say to you, that if your righteousness may not abound above that of the scribes and Pharisees, ye may not enter to the reign of the heavens. | For I say unto you, that unless your righteousness surpass [that] of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no wise enter into the kingdom of the heavens. |
