| John 17:1 | Jesus said these things, and lifting up his eyes to heaven, he said, "Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may also glorify you; | These things spake Jesus; and lifting up his eyes to heaven, he said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that the son may glorify thee: | These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee: |
| John 17:2 | even as you gave him authority over all flesh, that to all whom you have given him, he will give eternal life. | even as thou gavest him authority over all flesh, that to all whom thou hast given him, he should give eternal life. | As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. |
