Genesis 22:1 | It happened after these things, that God tested Abraham, and said to him, "Abraham!" He said, "Here I am." | And it came to pass after these things, that God did prove Abraham, and said unto him, Abraham. And he said, Here am I. | And it came to pass after these things, that God tempted Abraham, and said to him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here I am. |
Genesis 22:2 | He said, "Now take your son, your only son, whom you love, even Isaac, and go into the land of Moriah. Offer him there for a burnt offering on one of the mountains which I will tell you of." | And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son, whom thou lovest, even Isaac, and get thee into the land of Moriah. And offer him there for a burnt-offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of. | And he said, Take now thy son, thy only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and go into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt-offering upon one of the mountains which I will name to thee. |
Genesis 22:3 | Abraham rose early in the morning, and saddled his donkey, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son. Genesis 22:8 | Abraham said, "God will provide himself the lamb for a burnt offering, my son." Genesis 22:13 | Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and saw that behind him was a ram caught in the thicket by his horns.
