Philippians 4:1Therefore, my brothers, beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand firm in the Lord, my beloved.So my brothers, well loved and very dear to me, my joy and crown, be strong in the Lord, my loved ones.So that, my brethren, beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, thus stand fast in [the] Lord, beloved.
Philippians 4:2I exhort Euodia, and I exhort Syntyche, to think the same way in the Lord.I make request to Euodias and Syntyche to be of the same mind in the Lord.I exhort Euodia, and exhort Syntyche, to be of the same mind in [the] Lord;
Philippians 4:3Yes, I beg you also, true yoke-fellow, help these women, for they labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and the rest of my fellow workers, whose names are in the book of life.And I make request to you, true helper in my work, to see to the needs of those women who took part with me in the good news, with Clement and the rest of my brother-workers whose names are in the book of life.yea, I ask thee also, true yokefellow, assist them, who have contended along with me in the glad tidings, with Clement also, and my other fellow-labourers, whose names [are] in [the] book of life.
Philippians 4:4Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, Rejoice!Be glad in the Lord at all times: again I say, Be glad.Rejoice in [the] Lord always: again I will say, Rejoice.
Philippians 4:5Let your mildness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.Let your gentle behaviour be clear to all men. The Lord is near.Let your gentleness be known of all men. The Lord [is] near.
Philippians 4:6In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.Have no cares; but in everything with prayer and praise put your requests before God.Be careful about nothing; but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
Philippians 4:7The peace of God, which passes all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.And the peace of God, which is deeper than all knowledge, will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.and the peace of God, which surpasses every understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts by Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:8Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things.For the rest, my brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things have honour, whatever things are upright, whatever things are holy, whatever things are beautiful, whatever things are of value, if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, give thought to these things.For the rest, brethren, whatsoever things [are] true, whatsoever things [are] noble, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] amiable, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue and if any praise, think on these things.
Philippians 4:9The things which you learned, received, heard, and saw in me: do these things, and the God of peace will be with you.The things which came to you by my teaching and preaching, and which you saw in me, these things do, and the God of peace will be with you.What ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, these things do; and the God of peace shall be with you.
Philippians 4:10But I rejoice in the Lord greatly, that now at length you have revived your thought for me; in which you did indeed take thought, but you lacked opportunity.But I am very glad in the Lord that your care for me has come to life again; though you did in fact take thought for me, but you were not able to give effect to it.But I rejoiced in [the] Lord greatly, that now however at length ye have revived your thinking of me, though surely ye did also think [of me], but lacked opportunity.
Philippians 4:11Not that I speak in respect to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it.But I will not say anything about my needs, for I am able, wherever I am, to be dependent on myself.Not that I speak as regards privation, for as to me *I* have learnt in those circumstances in which I am, to be satisfied in myself.
Philippians 4:12I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things have I learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need.It is the same to me if I am looked down on or honoured; everywhere and in all things I have the secret of how to be full and how to go without food; how to have wealth and how to be in need.I know both how to be abased and I know how to abound. In everything and in all things I am initiated both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer privation.
Philippians 4:13I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.I am able to do all things through him who gives me strength.I have strength for all things in him that gives me power.
Philippians 4:14However you did well that you had fellowship with my affliction.But you did well to have care for me in my need.But ye have done well in taking part in my affliction.
Philippians 4:15You yourselves also know, you Philippians, that in the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no assembly had fellowship with me in the matter of giving and receiving but you only.And you have knowledge, Philippians, that when the good news first came to you, when I went away from Macedonia, no church took part with me in the business of giving to the saints, but you only;And know also *ye*, O Philippians, that in [the] beginning of the gospel, when I came out of Macedonia, no assembly communicated [anything] to me in [the] way of giving and receiving save *ye* alone;
Philippians 4:16For even in Thessalonica you sent once and again to my need.Because even in Thessalonica you sent once and again to me in my need.for also in Thessalonica once and even twice ye sent to me for my need.
Philippians 4:17Not that I seek for the gift, but I seek for the fruit that increases to your account.Not that I am looking for an offering, but for fruit which may be put to your credit.Not that I seek gift, but I seek fruit abounding to your account.
Philippians 4:18But I have all things, and abound. I am filled, having received from Epaphroditus the things that came from you, a sweet-smelling fragrance, an acceptable and well-pleasing sacrifice to God.I have all things and more than enough: I am made full, having had from Epaphroditus the things which came from you, a perfume of a sweet smell, an offering well pleasing to God.But I have all things in full supply and abound; I am full, having received of Epaphroditus the things [sent] from you, an odour of sweet savour, an acceptable sacrifice, agreeable to God.
Philippians 4:19My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.And my God will give you all you have need of from the wealth of his glory in Christ Jesus.But my God shall abundantly supply all your need according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:20Now to our God and Father be the glory forever and ever. Amen.Now to God our Father be glory for ever and ever. So be it.But to our God and Father [be] glory to the ages of ages. Amen.
Philippians 4:21Greet every saint in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me greet you.Give words of love to every saint in Christ Jesus. The brothers who are with me send you their love.Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren who [are] with me salute you.
Philippians 4:22All the saints greet you, especially those who are of Caesar's household.All the saints send their love to you, specially those who are of Caesar's house.All the saints salute you, and specially those of the household of Caesar.
Philippians 4:23The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ [be] with your spirit. Amen.
