Acts 15:1Some men came down from Judea and taught the brothers, "Unless you are circumcised after the custom of Moses, you can't be saved."And certain persons, having come down from Judaea, taught the brethren, If ye shall not have been circumcised according to the custom of Moses, ye cannot be saved.And certain men came down from Judaea and taught the brethren, [saying], Except ye be circumcised after the custom of Moses, ye cannot be saved.
Acts 15:2Therefore when Paul and Barnabas had no small discord and discussion with them, they appointed Paul and Barnabas, and some others of them, to go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and elders about this question.A commotion therefore having taken place, and no small discussion on the part of Paul and Barnabas against them, they arranged that Paul and Barnabas, and certain others from amongst them, should go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and elders about this question.And when Paul and Barnabas had no small dissension and questioning with them, [the brethren] appointed that Paul and Barnabas, and certain other of them, should go up to Jerusalem unto the apostles and elders about this question.
Acts 15:3They, being sent on their way by the assembly, passed through both Phoenicia and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles. They caused great joy to all the brothers.They therefore, having been set on their way by the assembly, passed through Phoenicia and Samaria, relating the conversion of [those of] the nations. And they caused great joy to all the brethren.They therefore, being brought on their way by the church, passed through both Phoenicia and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused great joy unto all the brethren.
Acts 15:4When they had come to Jerusalem, they were received by the assembly and the apostles and the elders, and they reported all things that God had done with them.And being arrived at Jerusalem, they were received by the assembly, and the apostles, and the elders, and related all that God had wrought with them.And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church and the apostles and the elders, and they rehearsed all things that God had done with them.
Acts 15:5But some of the sect of the Pharisees who believed rose up, saying, "It is necessary to circumcise them, and to charge them to keep the law of Moses."And some of those who were of the sect of the Pharisees, who believed, rose up from among [them], saying that they ought to circumcise them and enjoin them to keep the law of Moses.But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees who believed, saying, It is needful to circumcise them, and to charge them to keep the law of Moses.

Acts 15:7When there had been much discussion, Peter rose up and said to them, "Brothers, you know that a good while ago God made choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.And much discussion having taken place, Peter, standing up, said to them, Brethren, *ye* know that from the earliest days God amongst you chose that the nations by my mouth should hear the word of the glad tidings and believe.And when there had been much questioning, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Brethren, ye know that a good while ago God made choice among you, that by my mouth the Gentiles should hear the word of the gospel, and believe.
Acts 15:8God, who knows the heart, testified about them, giving them the Holy Spirit, just like he did to us.And the heart-knowing God bore them witness, giving [them] the Holy Spirit as to us also,And God, who knoweth the heart, bare them witness, giving them the Holy Spirit, even as he did unto us;
Acts 15:9He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith.and put no difference between us and them, having purified their hearts by faith.and he made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith.

Acts 15:11But we believe that we are saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, just as they are."But we believe that we shall be saved by the grace of the Lord Jesus, in the same manner as they also.But we believe that we shall be saved through the grace of the Lord Jesus, in like manner as they.
Acts 15:12All the multitude kept silence, and they listened to Barnabas and Paul reporting what signs and wonders God had done among the Gentiles through them.And all the multitude kept silence and listened to Barnabas and Paul relating all the signs and wonders which God had wrought among the nations by them.And all the multitude kept silence; and they hearkened unto Barnabas and Paul rehearsing what signs and wonders God had wrought among the Gentiles through them.
Acts 15:13After they were silent, James answered, "Brothers, listen to me.And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Brethren, listen to me:And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Brethren, hearken unto me:
Acts 15:14Simeon has reported how God first visited the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.Simon has related how God first visited to take out of [the] nations a people for his name.Symeon hath rehearsed how first God visited the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.
Acts 15:15This agrees with the words of the prophets. As it is written,And with this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written:And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written,
Acts 15:16'After these things I will return. I will again build the tent of David, which has fallen. I will again build its ruins. I will set it up:After these things I will return, and will rebuild the tabernacle of David which is fallen, and will rebuild its ruins, and will set it up,After these things I will return, And I will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen; And I will build again the ruins thereof, And I will set it up:
Acts 15:17That the rest of men may seek after the Lord; All the Gentiles who are called by my name, Says the Lord, who does all these things.so that the residue of men may seek out the Lord, and all the nations on whom my name is invoked, saith [the] Lord, who does these thingsThat the residue of men may seek after the Lord, And all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called,
Acts 15:18All his works are known to God from eternity.'known from eternity.Saith the Lord, who maketh these things known from of old.
Acts 15:19"Therefore my judgment is that we don't trouble those from among the Gentiles who turn to God,Wherefore *I* judge, not to trouble those who from the nations turn to God;Wherefore my judgment is, that we trouble not them that from among the Gentiles turn to God;
Acts 15:20but that we write to them that they abstain from the pollution of idols, from sexual immorality, from what is strangled, and from blood.but to write to them to abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from what is strangled, and from blood.but that we write unto them, that they abstain from the pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from what is strangled, and from blood.

Acts 15:23They wrote these things by their hand: "The apostles, the elders, and the brothers, to the brothers who are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia: greetings.having by their hand written [thus]: The apostles, and the elders, and the brethren, to the brethren who are from among [the] nations at Antioch, and [in] Syria and Cilicia, greeting:and they wrote [thus] by them, The apostles and the elders, brethren, unto the brethren who are of the Gentiles in Antioch and Syria and Cilicia, greeting:
Acts 15:24Because we have heard that some who went out from us have troubled you with words, unsettling your souls, saying, 'You must be circumcised and keep the law,' to whom we gave no commandment;Inasmuch as we have heard that some who went out from amongst us have troubled you by words, upsetting your souls, [saying that ye must be circumcised and keep the law]; to whom we gave no commandment;Forasmuch as we have heard that certain who went out from us have troubled you with words, subverting your souls; to whom we gave no commandment;
Acts 15:25it seemed good to us, having come to one accord, to choose out men and send them to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,it seemed good to us, having arrived at a common judgment, to send chosen men to you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,it seemed good unto us, having come to one accord, to choose out men and send them unto you with our beloved Barnabas and Paul,
Acts 15:26men who have risked their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.men who have given up their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.men that have hazarded their lives for the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Acts 15:29that you abstain from things sacrificed to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality, from which if you keep yourselves, it will be well with you. Acts 15:30So, when they were sent off, they came to Antioch. Having gathered the multitude together, they delivered the letter.They therefore, being let go, came to Antioch, and having gathered the multitude delivered to [them] the epistle.So they, when they were dismissed, came down to Antioch; and having gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle.

Acts 15:36After some days Paul said to Barnabas, "Let's return now and visit our brothers in every city in which we proclaimed the word of the Lord, to see how they are doing."But after certain days Paul said to Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city where we have announced the word of the Lord, [and see] how they are getting on.And after some days Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us return now and visit the brethren in every city wherein we proclaimed the word of the Lord, [and see] how they fare.
Acts 15:37Barnabas planned to take John with them also, who was called Mark.And Barnabas proposed to take with [them] John also, called Mark;And Barnabas was minded to take with them John also, who was called Mark.
Acts 15:38But Paul didn't think that it was a good idea to take with them someone who withdrew from them from Pamphylia, and didn't go with them to do the work.but Paul thought it not well to take with them him who had abandoned them, [going back] from Pamphylia, and had not gone with them to the work.But Paul thought not good to take with them him who withdrew from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work.
Acts 15:39Then there arose a sharp contention, so that they separated from each other. Barnabas took Mark with him, and sailed away to Cyprus,There arose therefore very warm feeling, so that they separated from one another; and Barnabas taking Mark sailed away to Cyprus;And there arose a sharp contention, so that they parted asunder one from the other, and Barnabas took Mark with him, and sailed away unto Cyprus;
Acts 15:40but Paul chose Silas, and went out, being commended by the brothers to the grace of God.but Paul having chosen Silas went forth, committed by the brethren to the grace of God.but Paul choose Silas, and went forth, being commended by the brethren to the grace of the Lord.
Acts 15:41He went through Syria and Cilicia, strengthening the assemblies.And he passed through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the assemblies.And he went through Syria and Cilicia, confirming the churches.
