Matthew 24:1 | Jesus went out from the temple, and was going on his way. His disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple. | And Jesus went forth and went away from the temple, and his disciples came to [him] to point out to him the buildings of the temple. | And Jesus went out from the temple, and was going on his way; and his disciples came to him to show him the buildings of the temple. |
Matthew 24:2 | But he answered them, "Don't you see all of these things? Most assuredly I tell you, there will not be left here one stone on another, that will not be thrown down." | And he answering said to them, Do ye not see all these things? Verily I say to you, Not a stone shall be left here upon a stone which shall not be thrown down. | But he answered and said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. |
Matthew 24:3 | As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things be? What is the sign of your coming, and of the end of the world?" | And as he was sitting upon the mount of Olives the disciples came to him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be, and what is the sign of thy coming and [the] completion of the age? | And as he sat on the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what [shall be] the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? |
Matthew 24:4 | Jesus answered them, "Be careful that no one leads you astray. | And Jesus answering said to them, See that no one mislead you. | And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man lead you astray. |
