Matthew 14:2and said to his servants, "This is John the Baptizer. He is risen from the dead. That is why these powers work in him."And he said to his servants: This is John the Baptist: he is risen from the dead, and therefore mighty works shew forth themselves in him.and said unto his servants, This is John the Baptist; he is risen from the dead; and therefore do these powers work in him.
Matthew 14:3For Herod had laid hold of John, and bound him, and put him in prison for the sake of Herodias, his brother Philip's wife.For Herod had apprehended John and bound him, and put him into prison, because of Herodias, his brother's wife.For Herod had laid hold on John, and bound him, and put him in prison for the sake of Herodias, his brother Philip's wife.
Matthew 14:4For John said to him, "It is not lawful for you to have her."For John said to him: It is not lawful for thee to have her.For John said unto him, It is not lawful for thee to have her.

Matthew 14:17They told him, "We only have here five loaves and two fish."They answered him: We have not here, but five loaves, and two fishes.And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes.
Matthew 14:18He said, "Bring them here to me."He said to them: Bring them hither to me.And he said, Bring them hither to me.

Matthew 14:22Immediately Jesus made the disciples get into the boat, and to go ahead of him to the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.And forthwith Jesus obliged his disciples to go up into the boat, and to go before him over the water, till he dismissed the people.And straightway he constrained the disciples to enter into the boat, and to go before him unto the other side, till he should send the multitudes away.
Matthew 14:23After he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into the mountain apart to pray. When evening had come, he was there alone.And having dismissed the multitude, he went into a mountain alone to pray. And when it was evening, he was there alone.And after he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into the mountain apart to pray: and when even was come, he was there alone.

Matthew 14:27But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying "Cheer up! I AM! Don't be afraid."And immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying: Be of good heart: it is I, fear ye not.But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.
Matthew 14:28Peter answered him and said, "Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the waters."And Peter making answer, said: Lord, if it be thou, bid me come to thee upon the waters.And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto the upon the waters.
Matthew 14:29He said, "Come!" Peter went down from the boat, and walked on the waters to come to Jesus.And he said: Come. And Peter going down out of the boat, walked upon the water to come to Jesus.And he said, Come. And Peter went down from the boat, and walked upon the waters to come to Jesus.
Matthew 14:30But when he saw that the wind was strong, he was afraid, and beginning to sink, he cried out, saying, "Lord, save me!"But seeing the wind strong, he was afraid: and when he began to sink, he cried out, saying: Lord, save me.But when he saw the wind, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried out, saying, Lord, save me.
Matthew 14:31Immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and took hold of him, and said to him, "You of little faith, why did you doubt?"And immediately Jesus stretching forth his hand took hold of him, and said to him: O thou of little faith, why didst thou doubt?And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and took hold of him, and saith unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?
Matthew 14:32When they got up into the boat, the wind ceased.And when they were come up into the boat, the wind ceased.And when they were gone up into the boat, the wind ceased.
Matthew 14:33Those who were in the boat came and worshipped him, saying, "You are truly the Son of God!"And they that were in the boat came and adored him, saying: Indeed thou art the Son of God.And they that were in the boat worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God.
Matthew 14:34When they had crossed over, they came to the land of Gennesaret.And having passed the water, they came into the country of Genesar.And when they had crossed over, they came to the land, unto Gennesaret.
