| Leviticus 11:1 | Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying to them, | And the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying: | And Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying to them, |
| Leviticus 11:2 | Speak to the children of Israel, saying, These are the living things which you may eat among all the animals that are on the earth. | Say to the children of Israel: These are the animals which you are to eat of all the living things of the earth. | Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, These are the animals which ye shall eat of all the beasts which are on the earth. |
| Leviticus 11:3 | Whatever parts the hoof, and is cloven-footed, [and] chews the cud, among the animals, that may you eat. | Whatsoever hath the hoof divided, and cheweth the cud among the beasts, you shall eat. | Whatever hath cloven hoofs, and feet quite split open, and cheweth the cud, among the beasts that shall ye eat. |

| Leviticus 11:20 | All winged creeping things that go on all fours are an abomination to you. | Of things that fly, whatsoever goeth upon four feet, shall be abominable to you. | Every winged crawling thing that goeth upon all four shall be an abomination unto you. |
| Leviticus 11:21 | Yet these may you eat of all winged creeping things that go on all fours, which have legs above their feet, with which to leap on the earth. | But whatsoever walketh upon four feet, but hath the legs behind longer, wherewith it hoppeth upon the earth, | Yet these shall ye eat of every winged crawling thing that goeth upon all four: those which have legs above their feet with which to leap upon the earth. |
