| Hebrews 7:12 | For the priesthood being changed, there is of necessity a change made also of the law. | For the priesthood being translated, it is necessary that a translation also be made of the law. | For when the priesthood changes, a change of Law also of necessity takes place. |

| Hebrews 7:16 | who has been made, not after the law of a fleshly commandment, but after the power of an endless life: | Who is made not according to the law of a carnal commandment, but according to the power of an indissoluble life: | and hold His office not in obedience to any temporary Law, but by virtue of an indestructible Life. |

| Hebrews 7:27 | who doesn't need, like those high priests, to daily offer up sacrifices, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people.
